Health and Safety comment:
Judicial report: Weather: Fine / Warm Handlers' B.van Meeuwen and J.Nixon were reminded by the Head Kennel Steward of Rule 262 which requires the presentation of greyhounds for identification and kennelling at the specified time.
Race 8. Trainer G.Calverley was advised that Bedas Boy will be required to complete a 'Hard to Box' reassessment at it's next two race starts.
Trainer G.C.Farrell advised that the greyhound Broken Title is now trained by him and not R.D.Blackburn as shown in the race book. This information was conveyed to the Race Caller for broadcast on and off course.
Race 9 . Following this race trainer W.Steele expressed concern about the hardness of the track. This matter was referred to the Club Judicial Steward who investigated the matter with the applicable Raceday Officials and was satisfied that the matter was being attended to appropriately.
J.Pomeroy kennel representative / handler was reminded of Rule 326 and the requirement for registration papers for scratched greyhounds to be presented to the Stipendiary Steward for endorsement on the day of the applicable race meeting.
Trainer R.P.O'Regan was warned for not providing a catcher for one race.
There were no reported injuries incurred at this race meeting.

Ona Run and Smylie Smith ran wide on the first turn and lost ground. Running Tiger ran outwards across the heels of Legal Edition on the bend and lost 2 lengths. |
| Race 2 | STREETS ICE CREAM MAIDEN SPRINT - HEAT 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 1 | Sister Saintly was boxed first due to a current 'Hard to Box' categorisation and was observed and reported to be slightly difficult. Deniable was slow to begin. Sister Saintly moved inwards after 60 mtrs hampering Supreme Diva and again nearing the first turn resulting in a bumping duel with Deniable and Supreme Diva. Supreme Diva ran wide on the first turn carting Sister Saintly wide. Supreme Diva had it's heels clipped and was severely checked by Sister Saintly on the bend. |
| Race 3 | ROYAL WOLF CONTAINERS - HEAT 1 - C1q - 527 Heat 1 | Charlston Kid missed the start by 6 lengths and never recovered finishing 7th. Origin Teddy galloped on the heels of Thrilling Alice on the first turn with both runners being checked as a result. Hostile Girlie ran outwards on the first bend causing severe checks to Destiny's Run and Origin Teddy with the latter almost falling and racing near the rear thereafter. |

Harmoneyes ran out after 20 mtrs and bumped Bluemoon. Harmoneyes ran outwards on the first turn and inconvenienced Dalikah. |
| Race 5 | DENNY'S BAR DASH - C1 - 318 | Bubba Hotep, Rock It Hound and Charlston Flash came together after the start. Tiger Eyes moved outwards nearing the first turn which hampered the favourite Rock It Hound. Tiger Eyes, Rock It Hound and Linnymay came together on the home turn with all three runners suffering slight checks. |

Under Time and Johnnies Luck missed the start by 3 lengths with Under Time recovering well to finish 3rd. Hello Darling (M.McFarlane). Off-side hind toe injury. Vet certificate supplied. Hypo Spencer, Tempest Will and Queen Rowley came together after the start with all three suffering checks and Tempest Will moving outwards as a result checking itself, Togetherness and Queen Rowley. Goldfinger Jewel, Jolly Buffy and Shes Home Soon jostled on the first turn with all three runners receiving checks as well. |
| Race 8 | JIMBO'S PETFOOD DASH - C1 - 318 | Johnny Tulloch was scratched due to injury. Bedas Boy was boxed first due to a current 'Hard to Box' categorisation. Bedas Boy ran inwards at the start and collided with and severely checked Leslies Pearl with Bedas Boy then rebounding outwards and severely checking Comical Ali which recovered well to finish 2nd. Leslies Pearl and Velvot Revolver jostled several times between the start and the first turn with First Sample also being hampered during this incident. Leslies Pearl was tightened and checked on the first turn and in resulting interference Bedas Boy was severely checked. First Sample, Tempest Wyn and Velvot Revolver raced in tight quarters on the bend with Comical Ali receiving a check in this incident. Johnny Tulloch (B & L Craik). Torn near-side hip support muscle. Dark Sensation ran inwards to the rail on the first turn checking Winsome Rush which also ran outwards severely checking Pauly. Hypo Ponting and Kaimai Gold jostled from shortly after the start until nearing the first turn where they also severely checked each other. Hypo Ponting recovered well to finish 3rd. |
| Race 12 | MANUKAU MARCH DISTANCE - C1d - 603 | Fancy Joe, Awesome Enforcer and Time Solves were slow to begin. Coruba Storm, the favourite, was tightened and severely checked between Graphics and Miss Teddy Bear on the first turn and was never in contention thereafter finishing last. Miss Teddy Bear and Awesome Enforcer came together and checked each other three times in the home straight the first time around. Time Solves was tightened and checked slightly on the second turn and then ran on well for 3rd. |
| Race 13 | MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C2/3 - 318 | Marissa Bale was slow to begin then raced very wide throughout and held ground well to finish 4th. World Priority and Gold Strike came together after the start with both runners receiving checks. |
| Race 14 | COMMERCIAL PLUMBING DASH - C4/5 - 318 | Ceejay's Magic ran outwards on the first turn which hampered Winsome Dot and Jaiden Luke. Ceejay's Magic galloped on the heels of and severely checked Winsome Dot on the bend which then came back into the path of Jaiden Luke which was also severely checked. Jaiden Luke was ordered to undergo a Veterinary examination which detected no injury. |
| Race 15 | RADIO PACIFIC STAKES - C3/4 - 527 | Poco King ran inwards at the start checking He's Hypo and Flash Shooter. Willandra Bale was slow to begin but recovered quickly to be vying for the lead on the first bend. He's Hypo ran very wide on the first turn which carted Flash Shooter wide. |
