Judicial report: Weather: Overcast Trainer D.Annette was reminded of the requirement to comply with Rule 262.1.
Trainer C.A.Symes expressed concern about horses and greyhounds being on the track at the same time on occasions. His comments were noted.
Race 13. Latasha (A.T.Hall). Ordered to complete a Satisfactory Trial under Rule 179.1.
The Judicial Committee of the Waikato & Districts Greyhound Racing Club Inc, advised it's decision on a recent charge against trainer K.Walsh under Rule 135.1.The hearing was held on 16.12.04. The charge has been upheld and a fine of $150 imposed.

Gentle Lee ran wide on the home turn and ran on strongly for 4th. |

Bonnie token was tightened between Rudi Jewel and Legal Edition nearing the first turn, lost 4 lengths and checked Sun Gai in the process. Rudi Jewel ran out on the first turn checking and forcing Legal Edition outwards which in turn checked Booming Time. Legal Edition moved outwards on the bend checking Booming Time. |

Jumbo Flash moved off the rail on the first turn checking Basil Faulty. Our Shereena ran wide on the home turn checking India. Dr Dal Santo (R.P.O'Regan). Mini Spreader drifted to the rear early and remained a distant last throughout. A Veterinary examination was ordered which detected no injury. Togetherness came across at the start hampering Charlston State and Purely Awesome. Purely Awesome drifted early then ran on a little in the home straight. |

Poetical came across to the rail after the start severely checking Hostile Girlie, Bus Painter, Winsome Dot, Farmer John and Smooth Harry. Melissa Bale moved inwards on the first turn checking Bus Painter and Winsome Dot and inconveniencing Smooth Harry. Winsome Dot was tightened and then drifted on the bend. Ozzy John (B.C.Dann). | Race 10 | RACEWAY STAKES - C1 - 457 | Under Time was scratched due to competing in Race 15. Oxey was scratched due to injury. Dolly Poacher and Shanandor Bale were slow to begin. General tighteneing on the first turn caused Charlston Zoom to fall heavily which severely checked He's A Blur and Shanandor Bale to fall over the top of Charlston Zoom.
