Judicial report: Weather: Fine The relieving Judge for tonight's race meeting was Graeme McClennan.
Race 3. Hunting Treasure (G.Calverley) is required to complete a 30 day stand down from racing under Rule 329 and a Satisfactory Trial under Rule 179.1 prior to nomination, due to the post race condition of this greyhound.
Trainers' and handlers' are again reminded that ANY greyhound under their control on race day, with a Box First category, must be advised to the Identification, Judicial or Stipendiary Steward at the time of kennelling. These requirements are clearly stated on the Notice Board at the entry to the kennel block.
Trainers and handlers are remined that irregular checks on licences will be conducted therefore you are encouraged to carry them whenever attending a race meeting.

Race 1 COMMERCIAL PLUMBING DASH - C0 - 318 Bedas Boy was slow to begin. Shezmy Scallywag came across at the start checking Iron Woman and Jolly Buffy. Miss Chief moved to a very wide running position on the bend and carted Jolly Buffy extremely wide. Charlston Zoom and Miss Chief collided on the bend.
Race 2 STREETS ICE CREAM DASH - C1 - 318 Velvot Revolver was slow to begin. Dr Dal Santo and Boot's Last jostled after the start. No Invitation and Ciame Go came together on the first turn. Winsome Dot challenged for the lead early, then pushed outwards and checked by Dr Dal Santo on the bend and recovered well to finish 4th.
Race 3 ROYAL WOLF CONTAINERS STAKES - C1 - 527 Lumos Obliviate was scratched ex AGRC on 09.11.04. Miss Moonwalk and Kaiser Izmir jostled after the start. Hunting Treasure missed the start by 3 lengths, ran to rail on first turn, hit rail and always distant last thereafter. A Veterinary examination was ordered. Winsome Rush moved outwards on the bend checking Miss Moonwalk. Lumos Obliviate (L.Nixon). Scratched ex AGRC 09.11.04. Hunting Treasure (G.Calverley) suffered post race epileptic fit. Rule 329. 30 days up to and including 11.12.04. Also required to complete a Satisfactory Trial under Rule 179.1 prior to nomination.
Race 4 WWW.EXPOSURES.CO.NZ - WEBSITE HOSTING DASH - C1 - 318 Grasscutter Bob missed the start by 2 lengths, went to rail and ran on well to finish 3rd. Fling Tuskey, Geechie Lobo, Mo Mistress and Goldfinger Jewel were all involved in general tightening after the start caused by Geechie Lobo running outwards. Dizzy Spell and Hello Darling jostled after the start. Mo Mistress ran very wide on the first turn, lost ground and finished last Goldfinger Jewel Dizzy Spell and Hello Darling came together momentarily on the first turn. Geechie Lobo raced handy to the home turn then ran very wide and lost ground to finish 5th. Hello Darling (M.Earley) Laceration front foot. Rule 329. 10 days up to and including 21.11.04. (Trainer required to present race record card for endorsement).
Race 5 CAROL'S TAB STAKES - C1 - 527 Justa Toff was slow to begin and showed little improvement thereafter. Graphics, Number One Gun, Rollover Angel, Trendy Time and Justa Toff were all involved in general tightening on the first turn with all receiving severe checks as a result. Certainly moved out slightly on the first turn forcing Den Of Fire to cover extra ground and again in the home straight causing Den Of Fire to be hampered.
Race 6 MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C2 - 318 Don Paulie was scratched ex AGRC on 09.11.04. Storm Edition and Economy Patch were slow to begin. Just Too Hot came across to the rail after 20mtrs hampering Lady Dolly for a stride. Christopher Bale galloped on the heels of Supreme Paragon on the bend with both runners being checked as a result. Don Paulie (N.P.Green). Scratched ex AGRC 09.11.04.
Race 7 RADIO PACIFIC STAKES - C2/3 - 527 Gozo Reg was scratched ex AGRC on 09.11.04. Coruba Storm, Black Tibet and Fossil were slow to begin with Coruba Storm and Fossil making up ground well to finish 3rd and 2nd respectively. Gozo Reg (D.Schofield). Scratched ex AGRC 09.11.04.
Race 8 PRESIDENTS DISTANCE FEATURE - C2d - 603 Some Joe dropped back at start, appeared to falter in the straight first time around then drifted throughout to finish a distant last. A Veterinary examination was ordered. Orana City came back on Rivette Reason on the final bend which in a chain reaction dropped back quickly and severely checked Super Tod. Some Joe (D.Schofield) Right shoulder pain - probable muscle tear. Rule 329. 10 days up to and including 21.11.04.(Trainer required to present race record card for endorsement).
Race 9 TINT-A-CAR DASH - C2/3 - 318 Peter Hand and Rawhiti Rogue jostled on the first turn with the latter moving outward and checking Sand Dancer. Peter Hand was handy early then tightened on the first turn , losing 2 lengths. Walton Bale moved inwards on the bend which tightened and denied Peter Hand racing room.
Race 10 COCA-COLA STAKES - C4/5 - 527 Winsome Guy reared at the start and lost a length. Cosmic Eclipse was slow out and was then buffeted from behind by Winsome Guy on the first turn however did not lose ground. This incident resulted in Winsome Guy running outwards across the heels of Cosmic Eclipse, losing ground and always being towards the rear thereafter.
