Judicial report: Weather: Fine PRESIDENT UNO was a late scratching under Rule 269 (3) when found to be overweight. The Trainer B.Rangiuia was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 269 (3).
SPRING REBEL was also a late scratching under Rule 269 (3) when found to be overweight. The Trainer B.McMillan was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 269 (3).

FLYING SABRE jumped and moved out immediately and turned its head to the outside runners and caused tightening to several others. The Trainer elected not to defend a charge that the dog had fought and FLYING SABRE was stood down for one month under Rule 322 (1) (a) and is required to Trial under Rule 179. FLYING SABRE was then checked on the first corner ,almost fell and finished a long last. She was examined by the vet and cleared of injury. COLONIAL COOL clipped the heels of HOMEBUSH CHRIS in the straight and lost several lengths and possibly the chance of a placing.
