Race 1	TXT4TIPS (M10 R? 8477) - C0 - 525	REDWOOD NEV jumped in at the start and checked PUZZLING KNIGHT who almost fell and settled in last place. CERAMIC and REDWOOD NEV collided on the final bend but recovered quickly.
Race 2	FOTODOG FOTO'S - WGTN - C1 - 295	All clear.
Race 3	SPICERS PAPER DASH - C1 - 295	BOSSY ACE ran in sharply from the start and checked THRILLING JACK and LAST TRAM who were pushed down towards the rail and lost ground.
Race 4	ANGLO UPHOLSTERERS - C2/3 - 295	The favourite JODAMAN was forced to race out wide after drawing box 8 but ran on well in the straight for 2nd place. RUSTY COCONUT raced onto the heels of MYSTIC DANCER on the bend and they dropped back to the rear and stayed back.
Race 5	STEVE FRANKLIN - CARRIER - C4/5 - 295	ACTION TIME was scratched due to injury. Trainer B.Cole was late to kennel his dogs and was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 135 (1). The winner IOMAN ran in from the start and crowded HOMEBUSH KAYCEE, FASHION VICTIM and YALLAH ROSE for several strides. YALLAH ROSE, ENLIGHTENING and BRADANCAS came together and bumped for several strides on the first corner until YALLAH ROSE and BRADANCAS eventually dropped back several places and they stayed back. ACTION TIME Trainer B.Cole. Rule 259. Receiving antibiotic for an injured tail, was presented and stood down for 5 days to and including 10.07.04.
Race 6	EMPIRE HOTEL - PETONE - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH LUMP, LADY PRITI, HOMEBUSH SAM and ASTRO'S DIAMOND came together and bumped for several strides in the back straight and they settled well back and stayed there.
Race 7	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS - C1 - 525	ROCKING QUEEN ran in at the start and bumped DUSTY NERO and SMART TIP who lost ground and settled at the rear. HOSTILE BLUES, TORAH BALE and HOMEBUSH OPAL jostled for several strides in the race to the first corner and they dropped back to settle at the rear.
Race 8	ACCSYS FOR QUICKBOOKS - C1 - 525	SHONI'S LIGHT was scratched due to injury. DR CHIVARGO was scratched and is now deceased. The favourite DISCIPLINARIAN was tightened between BEDAZZLED JEWEL and COMMANDO JEWEL on the first corner and fell but was not injured. KIWI MANA was hindered in the incident and lost ground. SHONI'S LIGHT. Trainer W.T.Hodgson. Rule 259. Has an injured leg and stood down for 10 days to and including 14.07.04. DR CHIVARGO. Now deceased.
Race 9	WINSTONE WALLBOARDS STAKES - C2/3 - 525	GOZO LINA was scratched due to injury. SEASPRAY PADERO was checked on the first corner and dropped back to last. RAFFERTY REASON, PROSPERINE and HOMEBUSH BRIAN came together and bumped on the bend and they lost momentum. The favourite THRILLING JACK was following and had to check, go wide and covered extra ground. GOZO LINA. Trainer G & S Hayden/Holmes. Rule 259. Suffering from diarrhoea and was presented and stood down for 6 days to and including 08.07.04.
Race 10	DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS LTD - C2 - 525	MAID OF QUEEN was scratched due to suffering from diarrhoea. The favourite TURBO ROYALE was handy in the early and middle stages but faded in the straight and finished in 5th place. MAID OF QUEEN. Trainer J.McInerney. Rule 259. Suffering from diarrhoea and stood down for 10 days to and including 15.07.04.
