Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Weather: Overcast and cool conditions. FOX OF OZARK (J Guthrie) an entry in Race 2 Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint weighed in 1.7kg under her last recorded race start on April 16 2004. She had competed at Otago GRC on 4 June 2004, however the weighing scales that day failed, with no weight recorded for her. An application was made to the Judicial Steward regarding the application of Rules 268 and 269 and it was his determination that as the greyhounds last start weight had not been recorded due to no fault of the Owner/Trainer, his dog be allowed to compete in the event.
