Race 1	WWW.DOGTIPS.NET.NZ STAKES - C3 - 457	The favourite SOMEONE jumped outwards at the start and collided with RED COUNTRY. He settled at the rear, failed to make much impression from there and finished well back.
Race 2	MATANGI MAIDEN - C0 - 375	SWIFT BAZOOKA was scratched due to a webbing injury. LADY BARBIE, DON PAULIE and BEN FARMER were checked in the early stages, settled well back and stayed there. SWIFT BAZOOKA. Trainer G.Pomeroy. Rule 259. Has a webbing injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 25.06.04.
Race 3	PUB CHARITY STAKES - C1 - 457	ANDROGYNY and AWESOME ENFORCER collided soon after the start and settled well back. The favourite AWESOME ENFORCER then made contact with ASHCROFT BALE when starting on the bend and lost further ground. He made up some ground in the straight without threatening the placegetters.
Race 4	DINSDALE DASH - C1 - 375	FARMER BENSON began awkwardly and settled well back. He then recovered well to finish in 2nd place.
Race 5	STAR TAVERN STAKES - C0 - 457	The winner WILD GUNNADOO was selected for swabbing but due to a security breach at the kennels, the dog was released with a sample being taken..
Race 6	RAGLAN SPRINT - C2 - 375	SAND DANCER was scratched due to some soreness in a hip. FAITHFUL HABIT was scratched Ex Auckland on 10.06.04. HOSTILE GIRLIE was scratched and started in race 7. FAITHFUL MITTENS was checked on the first corner, went back to last and never recovered. SAND DANCER. Trainer McIntyre & Flowers. Rule 259. Has some hip soreness and stood down for 10 days to and including 22.06.04. FAITHFUL BART. Trainer N.Green. Ex Auckland on 10.06.04.
Race 7	TRILLIAN TRUST STAKES - C2 - 457	MISS TEDDY BEAR was scratched due to a wrist injury. SILK RIPPLE was scratched Ex Manawatu on 09.06.04. HOSTILE GIRLIE was checked and went back onto HARVARD BOY on the first corner and they tailed the field from there to the finish. MISS TEDDY BEAR. Trainer K.Walsh. Rule 259. Suffering from wrist soreness and stood down for10 days to and including 22.06.04. SILK RIPPLE. Trainer C.Morris. Ex Manawatu on 09.06.04.
Race 8	ALPHA HOTEL & RESTAURANT DASH - C3 - 375	BIG TEDDY BOY was tightened and checked in the race to the first corner when GO TYLER GO moved across from the 8 box. They finished well back in the field.
Race 9	PAPAMOA TAVERN STAKES - C1 - 457	BASIL FAULTY was checked on the first corner when attempting to improve inside the leading dog CAMPESE BALE. BASIL FAULTY lost momentum for a few strides and this probably cost him a placing.
Race 10	JONELLE ALLEN AT STUD STAKES - C4 - 457	All clear.
