Reconvened inquiry from the meeting on 29.01.04. Lure Driver R.Udy and Track Caretaker T.McCracken were charged with improper behaviour towards another person in the public bar area on that day. After hearing evidence, the charges were proven and both men were fined $ 300-00 each under Rule 134 (10) ( c )

He made up a lot of ground but still finished well back. SPADE TIME moved in on the first corner and forced SHAY LAMOUR into the rail.
