| Race 2 | HOUSE OF TRAVEL STAKES - C1 - 520 | One of the favourites COSMOS was tightened and checked against the rail on the first corner and lost several lengths. WINSOME SHINE was turned sideways in the incident, ran out and bumped WINSOME BEAUTY onto CHESTNUT BALE and they both ran very wide. |
| Race 3 | MINISTER FOR RACING 'LIGHTS ON' HURDLES - C2h - 520 | MAKEXPRESS ran out sharply from the start and crowded OUR PATCH, VAL'S BABE, OFF THE BENCH and CHIPPEWA BRAVE who all lost ground in the incident. VAL'S BABE fell at the first hurdle, JUSTA HUSTLER at the second and OFF THE BENCH at the third hurdle. They were examined by the vet and while cleared of injury, a five day rest was recommended in each case to recover from the falls. All three dogs have no impending engagements. |
