Race 2	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster C0 375m - C0 - 375
Race 3	Outback Trading Company C0 457m - C0 - 457	BIG TIME MUSTER (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after appearing to shorten stride over the concluding stages and in the run to the lure and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Greyhounds Make Great Pets C1 375m - C1 - 375	STARGAZER LILY (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being contacted from behind entering the bend, then squeezed between runners on the point of the bend and cleared of injury. THRILLING ISSAC (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after beginning awkwardly, then contacted and unbalanced on the point of the bend and where it was reported to have pain in flexion left wrist with a 10 day incapacitation issued. ADOBE DRAKE (7) - proved difficult to load. Trainer Ms. M Flipp requested the Greyhound be added to the box first list for future races.
Race 5	Big Barrel Palmerston North C2/C3 375m - C2/3 - 375	BOW BELL DEL (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after beginning awkwardly, then drifting to the rear through the bend and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Paul Claridge Electrical C2 375m - C2 - 375	BIG TIME RAMONA (4) - faltered entering the home straight finishing some distance last. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a dislocation/fractured right hock. The Greyhound was transported immediately to GRNZ's contracted Veterinary Clinic for treatment with this being followed up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must trial prior to racing again. ADOBE DON (7) - boxed first.
Race 7	Moore Law Palmerston North C4/C5 457m - C4/5 - 457	Stewards and track staff inspected the area of track entering the home straight after BIG TIME RAMONA (race 6) faltered free of interference sustaining a fractured/dislocated right hock and found it satisfactory to continue racing. Going stick readings were also carried out in the area of concern which showed that part of the track to be rated as a Good 5.

Race 9	Greyhounds Worlds Fastest Couch Potatoes C1 375m - C1 - 375	HEY MR. STARTER (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after appearing to contact the rail entering the bend and cleared of injury.
Race 10	Whanganui House Washing C5 375m - C5 - 375	BIG TIME MASKED (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being buffeted shortly after the start, then contacted entering the bend, losing ground where it was reported to have pain over left gracilis with a 14 day incapacitation issued.
Race 11	Great Mates Rehoming Programme C1/C2 457m - C1/2 - 457	FOOL ME ONCE (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after receiving interference on multiple occasions throughout the running and cleared of injury. RUSSIAN AHEAD (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after contacting inside runner nearing the home straight, becoming unbalanced, heavily contacting BIG TIME COREY and cleared of injury. BIG TIME COREY (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after receiving heavy contact entering the home straight and cleared of injury.
Race 12	Sportz Bar Wanganui C1/C2 410m - C1/2 - 410	The start time for this race was changed to 3.52pm at the request of Race Day Control.
