General:

Stewards were notified on Thursday the 18thth April 2024 that the Early Running Trait (ERT) of IMPRESSIVE ROAR (race 5) had been changed following its most previous start at Southland on the 17th April 2024. Given the greyhound had already been drawn into the field for tonight's meeting prior to this being changed Stewards ordered the scratching of the greyhound under GRNZ Rule 19(4)(b).

The dog will be x-rayed later this afternoon with stewards following up with the results coming Monday. Must complete a satisfactory trial prior resuming racing.
