Race 1	Follow Waikato Greyhounds on Facebook Sprint - C1 - 375	OMATICAYA (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn becoming unbalanced then brushed the rail losing ground where it was reported to have small sand burn on the right hind, a very small spike wound on the right hind metatarsal and a graze on the left tibia with a 5 day incapacitation issued.

Race 3	CopRice Working Dog Beef R/O Sprint - C1 - 375	DOUBLE HEADER (6) - Stewards queried the performance of this greyhound with trainer M McPhee after DOUBLE HEADER gave ground and lost contact with the field. After considering the submissions tendered, a veterinary examination which revealed no clinical abnormalities, the previous warned performances and the Stewards own observations the performance was deemed unsatisfactory, and the greyhound was stood down pending a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion as per GRNZ Rule LR 132A. Connections advised DOUBLE HEADER would now be retired from racing. BIG TIME FOXY (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after giving ground losing contact with the field where it was reported to have pain on palpation of the left long head triceps with a 14 day incapacitation issued.

Race 5	Nightrave Rehoming Agency for Greyhounds Sprint - C2 - 375	THRILLING LAD (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference after the start losing ground then appearing uncomfortable in its action rounding the bend where it was reported to be sore on flexion of the left shoulder with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
