General:

Stewards opened an investigation into trainer Mr J Johnson's non attendance to the Stewards room when directed to do so prior to leaving the course. This matter was in relation to the transportation vehicle used to transport his greyhounds to the course today with Mr Johnson being further directed to make himself available to the Stewards room at the next Christchurch Greyhound racing Club's meeting on Thursday 19th October 2023.

OPAWA NUT (7) - was a late scratching when presented outside of the allowable weight variance. DELIVER MY SON (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after clipping heels rounding the final bend becoming unbalanced and losing ground where it was reported to have a mild reaction on palpation to its left biceps brachii muscle with a 7 day incapacitation issued.
