Considering the submissions tendered by Mr B Cole, reviewing all available angles of the footage and the continuous contact rounding the bend with both runners unbalanced on occasions no further action was taken on this occasion. Future performances will be monitored. A veterinary examination revealed multiple spike wounds on both hind feet with no stand down imposed. BIG TIME FANCY (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground and cleared of injury.
