1). Trainer S Codlin has reported that x-rays taken on OPAWA SNOWDROP's hock were clear from fracture but indicated a significant sprain with this being rehabilitated.

BIG TIME STRIPE (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining a check entering the bend and again leaving the bend and cleared of injury. OPAWA MAIA (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining a check entering the bend and cleared of injury. PORTLAND BEN (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after coursing wide exiting the bend before leaving the track with the greyhound failing to finish the race on the course proper where it was reported to have pain to is left triceps on palpation with a 14 day incapacitation issued. Prior to giving the all clear and acting under GRNZ Rule 114(5), Stewards conferred with the Judge and deemed the greyhound to have not finished the race. Stewards also deemed the performance unsatisfactory with it being stood down pending a satisfactory trial at this course before being able to nominate at this venue.
