1). Trainer D Elder advised JOE BANANAS underwent a further veterinary examination in the days following this event which revealed right gluteal pain and will now have a brief spell.

Satisfactory trials:

1). ZIPPING ANGIE (G Farrell) - completed a satisfactory trial in blinkers.

2). APACHE BLYDE (R & L Udy) - completed a satisfactory trial in blinkers.

1). D ELDER (race 7) - late to retrieve runner from kennels as organised.

Race 12	Northern United Ladies Football PBD Sprint - C1 - 318	PERSIAN CHIEF (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after contacting the rail first turn becoming unbalanced shifting out onto BIG TIME RASCAL and falling where it was reported to have a laceration on the left hind requiring staples with a 5 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME RASCAL (2) - fell when hampered first turn. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for the mandatory 5 days as per GRNZ Rule LR41(A)1.
