Race 4	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch PBD CI - C1 - 375	SWEET RED (4) - proved difficult to load, when questioned trainer Ms. M Flipp advised Stewards that SWEET RED had been loading well in recent starts, however Stewards will continue to monitor.
Race 5	Greyhounds Make Great Pets PBD C4 - C4 - 375	ALLEGRO MOOCHI (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend, being contacted from behind, losing ground and cleared of injury.

BRAD MAYO (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being jostled, then tightened entering the bend, contacting the rail, losing ground as a result and cleared of injury. Race 9	Outback Trading Company C1 - C1 - 457	BLUE COD (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after being tightened entering the bend, appearing to contact the rail, losing ground as a result and cleared of injury.

Race 12	kiwikiwihounds.co.nz Adoption PBD C2/C3 - C2/3 - 375	There was a delay to the payment of dividends for this race until such time as Stewards had spoken with Raceday Control to ensure the tote had been closed prior to the start being effected with the Greyhounds being loaded prior to being given the all clear to load by the Judge on course. This was confirmed by Raceday Control who advised Stewards that the tote was closed when the green light had been switched on by the Starter. Stewards questioned the Starter as to the circumstances surrounding the Greyhounds being loaded prematurely, with the Starter being reminded of his obligations to ensure he confirms with the Judge that the all clear to load has been given if he is unsure.
