Palmerston NORTH GRC - 10th May 2023

1). Trainer M Goodier informed Stewards that despite reporting that RODNEY TROTTER would be restricted to Sprint distance racing, the greyhound had pleased him with recent trialing over middle distance and it was his intention to assess this again after today's middle-distance performance.

Wanganui GRC - 30 June 2023

1). Following race 7 SILLY JOKE (L Cole) was not examined by the on track veterinarian due to a communication error with connections being notified that they were to contact Stewards to advise of any anomaly which may have arisen. Connections advised Stewards on Tuesday 04 July that SILLY JOKE was showing no anomaly.

2). Race 8 - Trainer M Goodier advised stewards SHAKE A LEG appeared to show no anomaly in the following days and SHAKE A LEG has been retired from racing.

Race 1	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster Distance C1 - C1d - 660	ALLEGRO MARS (7) - Faltered free of interference exiting the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a right tarsal fracture and dislocation. The Greyhound was transported immediately to GRNZ's contracted Veterinary Clinic for treatment with this being followed up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must trial prior to racing again.

Race 5	Federal Morgan At Stud C5 - C5 - 457	HIGHVIEW ANNA (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after being heavily contacted by the inside runner exiting the bend and losing balance and cleared of injury. THRILLING WYATT (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference rounding the bend and then heavily contacting the outside runner exiting the bend losing balance and momentum and cleared of injury.

Race 7	TAB - No Deductions, No Surprises C3/C4 - C3/4 - 375	ZIPPING SPOOK (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference on multiple occasions rounding the bend and cleared of injury. MEXICAN CUTIE (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being squeezed out and checked on the bend and cleared of injury.
Race 8	Big Barrel Palmerston North C4 - C4 - 457	THRILLING REGGIE (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after being dragged down entering the bend and cleared of injury.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C5 - C5 - 375	ASTON LAMONT (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after running into interference on multiple occasions rounding the bend where it was reported to have abrasions inside right hind leg with a 5 day incapacitation issued.
Race 10	Greyhounds Make Great Pets C1 - C1 - 457	SUM SUM (9/6) - referred to the Veterinarian after losing ground early stages and tailing the field and cleared of injury. A warning was placed on the performance of this greyhound.

Race 12	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C4 - C4 - 375	LETHAL ANGEL (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after jumping awkwardly and running into interference on multiple occasions in the back straight and entering the bend and cleared of injury.
