General:

1). Selected greyhounds completing solo training trials were required to provide samples for the purpose of Out of Competition testing.

2). The investigation opened on 18th May 2023 relating to betting transactions on the TAB Account of Kennel Assistant Mrs. J McCook during the course of the meeting has been concluded. The investigation identified that Mrs. McCook had not breached any GRNZ Rules and the matter was taken no further.

A warning was placed on its record for the manner in which it raced through the initial stages.

Race 4	American Warrior @ Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	REPLICA REBEL (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining a check rounding the final bend and cleared of injury.
Race 5	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 PBD Dash - C0 - 295	GRASS TRIMMER (8) - referred to the Veterinarian as a precaution after coming up with the lid and being exceptionally slow to begin and cleared of injury. Box manners noted.
Race 6	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C0 - 295	COSMIC TEDDY(1) - was a late scratching when presenting outside the allowable weight variation. LOVE LIKE OURS (8) - referred to the Veterinarian as a precaution after backing up in the boxes as the lids opened, losing its muzzle and being exceptionally slow to begin and cleared of injury. Box manners noted.
Race 7	O'Shea's Public House PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	YUM CHA(2) - was a late scratching after being found to have a split webbing prior to kenneling.
Race 8	Trackside Dining 13 July Ph 0274310117 Distance - C0d - 645	GOLDSTAR BROOKS (3) - fell prior to entering the home straight on the first occasion. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for the mandatory 5 days as per GRNZ Rule LR41(A)1 ADOBE DAZZLER (8) - fell when attempting to avoid a fallen runner prior to entering the home straight on the first occasion.
