Christchurch GRC - 8th June 2023

1). Trainer R Evans has advised that GOLDSTAR TANNER had pulled up with soreness to its left pin muscle.

Christchurch GRC - 13th June 2023

1). Trainer R Evans has advised that WILD THYME had pulled up with soreness to its left pin muscle.

2). Trainer R Evans has advised that GOLDSTAR SPENCER had pulled up with a slight strain to its right hock.

Race 2	Red Snapper Seafood Sumner Sprint Heat 2 - C4q - 295 Heat 2	GOLDSTAR PORTIA (1) - Stewards queried the improved performance of this greyhound with trainer R Evans who advised the greyhound had benefited from an inside box draw resulting in an un-impeded run throughout. HOMEBUSH VALDEN (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after tailing off rounding the bend for no apparent reason and cleared of injury. Performance noted.
Race 3	Red Snapper Seafood Sumner Sprint Heat 3 - C4q - 295 Heat 3	SUGAR TIME (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after checking of heels entering the bend, faltered entering the straight and became awkward in its gait where it was reported to have sustained a fractured right hock with a 90 day incapacitation issued. Must trial prior to resuming.

Race 6	Garrard's Horse & Hound Dash - C3 - 295	BAPTISTE (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after checking outwards of heels prior to exiting the bend making contact with GOLDSTAR BENJI and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR BENJI (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after being contacted from the inside exiting the bend before becoming awkward in its gallop and reported to have toe soreness with a 5 day incapacitation issued.

Race 9	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C4/5 - 520	GITAN (4) - Stewards questioned the improved performance of this greyhound with co-trainer D Fahey who reported the bitch had 5 months off from a recent season and had derived benefit from recent runs gaining fitness. Mr Fahey further added that she had appreciated an un-impeded run tonight which had eluded her the last week. OPAWA CONAN (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining several slight checks during the running and performing below market expectation and cleared of injury. Trainer B Dann advised that the Greyhound will be sent for a brief spell.

Race 11	Racing Again Friday 16 June Dash - C5 - 295	RAZOR RUFUS(7) - was a late scratching with permission of Stewards. LAREDO JEWEL(4) - was a late scratching due to a weight variance outside the permissible allowance.
Race 12	Rose & Thistle Sprint - C3 - 295	DALTON BAXTER (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being dragged down entering the bend and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR ANGE (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining a slight check early stages and again entering the bend and cleared of injury.
