Palmerston North GRC - 18 January 2023

1) Trainer G Hodgson advised Stewards that x-rays taken of GOLDEN LOGGER after reporting an injury following the Palmerston North GRC meeting on 13 January had detected a left stopper bone injury.

Palmerston North GRC - 20 January 2023

1) L Cole kennel representative Mr. B Cole applied to Stewards pursuant with Rule 56.5 to have BLAZIN' MASTER re-examined, with the re-examination showing the Greyhound to be clear of injury and the 10 stand down imposed on 20 January 2023 being rescinded.

General:

1) BLAZIN' MASTER was subjected to a swab following his veterinary re-examination.
2) There were no weights recorded at today's meeting with the Club seeking further assistance from the manufacturers of the scales to rectify an on-going issue.

It was confirmed by the Judge and Race Day Control that the tote had closed with the all clear given. OPAWA JASON (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after receiving a check entering the home straight, losing ground where it was reported to have pain over right whip muscle with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
