1) L Cole kennel representative Mr. B Cole applied to Stewards pursuant with Rule 56.5 to have BIG TIME VIOLET re-examined, with the re-examination showing the Greyhound to be clear of injury and the 7 day stand down imposed on 6 January 2023 being rescinded.

Race 5	Big Barrel Palmerston North PBD C1 - C1 - 375	ARIANA SUNSET (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after appearing awkward in her action through the bend and home straight where it was reported to have pain over the right sartorious muscle with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
Race 6	Greyhounds Make Great Pets PBD C1 - C1 - 375	BIG TIME AUDI (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being hampered on several occasions throughout the running and cleared of injury.
Race 7	TAB NZ - No Deductions, No Surprises Till the End Of Summer C2 - C2 - 375	ALLEGRO BARREL (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after receiving a check shortly after the start, then tightened entering the bend appearing to contact the rail and cleared of injury.
