Application for Stand Down Rescinded:

1). SOLIDER BLUE (T Patton) - Mr Patton applied to Stewards pursuant with Rule 56.5 to have SOLIDER BLUE re-examined, with the re-examination showing the Greyhound to not be clear of injury and the stand down imposed on 31st December 2022 remaining.

Late Scratching:

1). ALLEGRO PEACHES (L Cole) - Race 1 - on Veterinary advice.

2). BIG TIME VIOLET (L Cole) - Race 1 - due to a clerical error which inadvertently failed to have the greyhound scratched as per GRNZ Rule 40.2

Warnings:

1). Handler K Fraser - for failing to catch KNOW KEEPER as arranged.

SUGAR BOOM BOOM (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after galloping awkwardly through the initial stages losing considerable ground with the field where it was reported to be sore on palpation to its neck with swelling from ear to shoulder on the right hand side with a 10 day incapacitation issued.

Race 7	Thrilling Brat Distance - C2d - 747	THRILLING ROGUE (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after preforming below expectation with no clinical abnormalities detected. Trainer K Walsh undertook to advise Stewards should anything become apparent in the coming days that may explain the performance.

Race 10	Waikato Classic Final (Group 2) - R/Af - 457	BIG TIME SUPER (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being dragged down entering the bend and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Denis Cole Memorial Waikato Sprint Final - C5f - 375	ASTON LAMONT (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after making contact with the rail and losing it's footing entering the bend where it was reported to have pain in both triceps with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
