Checked outwards off heels on bend pushing runners wide. Checked by GOLDSTAR JUBILEE final turn losing chance. GOLDSTAR JUBILEE (5) - contacted by GOLDSTAR RICKY early stages. Ran outwards final turn checking outside runners. HOMEBUSH SPARKLE (6) - pushed outwards by GOLDSTAR RICKY on bend. Checked by ANGRY JANE final turn then badly tightened by inside runners losing ground. ANGRY JANE (7) - checked and pushed wide on bend. Ran inwards final turn and was turned sideways when contacting inside runners losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. LIGHTFOOT LUNA (8) - pushed very wide around bend.
Race 2	Congratulations Trevor Wilkes on Hall of Fame Inducted - C3 - 295	GOLDSTAR SMILES (3) - ran outwards final turn pushing AMURI PATTI outwards. AMURI PATTI (5) - pushed outwards by GOLDSTAR SMILES final turn.
Race 3	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C4 - 295	ALHAMBRA (2) - angled outwards on bend tightening GOLDSTAR WYNTER and pushing FREE FOR ALL wider. GOLDSTAR WYNTER (3) - ran outwards back straight then forced inwards by HOMEBUSH ROCKET into bend. Tightened soon after as ALHAMBRA angled outwards. Got on heels final turn losing momentum. MIGHTY MCCOOK (4) - ran wide around final turn losing ground. HOMEBUSH ROCKET (5) - ran inwards into bend forcing GOLDSTAR WYNTER inwards. FREE FOR ALL (6) - pushed wide around bend. GOLDSTAR CLOVER (8) - slow in early stages.
Race 4	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph.0272719588 Dash - C4 - 295	SAPPORO BALE (1) - got on heels of MONEY BAGS into bend losing ground. THEROUX (2) - badly checked into bend losing chance. ROSEHIP (3) - contacted by MONEY BAGS into bend. GOLDSTAR ANGE (5) - slow to jump. Checked by fallen runner into bend losing chance. MONEY BAGS (6) - ran inwards into bend contacting ROSEHIP. Dragged down into bend and ran outwards checking MACCY'S GIRL which fell. MACCY'S GIRL (7) - checked by inside runners into bend losing ground then again checked by MONEY BAGS and fell. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Stood down for 5 days under the provisions of GRNZ Rule 56A(1). ROMEO (8) - pushed outwards into bend then terminally checked by fallen runner losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C5 - 295	SMASH READY (1) - ran outwards into bend tightening HOMEBUSH ARCHIE. Pushed OPAWA BARNS outwards final turn. HOMEBUSH ARCHIE (2) - badly tightened into bend as SMASH READY ran outwards dropping to rear. MUSTANG MEGAN (4) - contacted AMURI ANDY early stages. Ran wide around bend. AMURI ANDY (5) - contacted by MUSTANG MEGAN early stages. GINGER SHAW (6) - pushed inwards by OPAWA BARNS back straight. ADOBE DERULO (7) - raced wide through back straight and around bend. OPAWA BARNS (8) - ran inwards back straight pushing GINGER SHAW inwards. Pushed outwards by SMASH READY final turn.
Race 6	Congratulations NZ Sprinter of the Year Typoon Tim - C5 - 295	MABLE JEWEL (2) - ran outwards early stages tightening PEGGY LU. Contacted HOMEBUSH CHLOE final turn becoming unbalanced. PEGGY LU (3) - tightened by MABLE JEWEL early stages. GOLDSTAR PORTIA (4) - contacted by inside runners early stages losing ground. Ran outwards into bend checking CAESAR LIES. CAESAR LIES (5) - tightened by HOMEBUSH CHLOE early stages losing ground. Checked by GOLDSTAR PORTIA into bend dropping to rear. Got on heels into first turn losing momentum. BAHATI BALE (8) - got on heels of DIAMOND WARRIOR entering back straight losing momentum.

Checked outwards off heels first bend and ran wide in consequence. KNOW GRIZZLES (4) - contacted KNOW PRICE first turn. WILLENE BALE (8) - forced wide with a lap to run losing ground.
