Race 1	Happy Father's Day Sprint - C0 - 318	NOT SURE (1) - checked off heels rounding the bend coursing wide as a consequence. KAPAI WINSTON (4) - crowded rounding the bend having to check and lose ground. Raced on the hindquarters of ALLEGRO FUDGE prior to exiting the bend when attempting to improve into a marginal gap. NELLIE LEMON (5) - checked from behind rounding the bend losing ground before becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of KAPIA LISA ALLEGRO FUDGE (6) - crowded entering the bend. Again crowded rounding the bend having to check and lose ground. Turned outwards prior to exiting the bend when KAPAI WINSTON improved in a marginal gap to its inside. KAPAI LISA (7) - severely dragged down rounding the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have grade 1 muscle injury to its right hamstring with a 10 day incapacitation issued. PIPPILOTTA (8) - climbed on the heels of NELLIE LEMON rounding the bend losing ground.
Race 2	Dog Speed PBD Sprint - C1 - 318	ALLEGRO BRYAN (1) - shouldered with BIG TIME CHERRY approaching the bend. TUFF TIGER (2) - hindquarters raced on entering the home straight. Shouldered with BIG TIME CHERRY prior to the winning post. IRISH COLLEEN (4) - appeared to became awkward in its gallop approaching the bend losing ground with the field. Continued to do so thereafter being referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have torn its left gracilis with a 42 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME CHERRY (6) - shouldered with ALLEGRO BRYAN approaching the bend. Raced on the hindquarters of TUFF TIGER entering the home straight. Shouldered with TUFF TIGER prior to the winning post.
Race 3	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group Sprint - C4 - 318	BOOT CAMP TIARA (6) - contacted from the outside early stages being turned inwards as a consequence. Shouldered briefly with SCOOBY BLUE entering the bend. MINT AS (7) - shouldered with SCOOBY BLUE early stages before contacting BOOT CAMP TIARA turning this runner inwards. SCOOBY BLUE (8) - shouldered with MINT AS early stages. Awkwardly placed to the outside of MINT AS entering the bend before shouldering briefly with BOOT CAMP TIARA. Made contact with the running rail rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Sports Bowl Function Centre PBD Sprint - C1 - 318	ALLEGRO ROBBIE (1) - boxed first. BELMONTS (2) - hindquarters contacted early stages losing its footing and ground. BIG TIME CRUSADE (3) - awkwardly placed on the hindquarters of BELMONTS early stages. FORD MAN (6) - placed in restricted room rounding the bend clipping the heels of BIG TIME LAD, losing balance and ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. THRILLING TUCKER (7) - exited the bend awkwardly becoming uneven in it's gallop losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have torn its right gracilis with a 42 day incapacitation issued.
Race 5	Great Greyhound Global Walk 25/9 Stakes - C1 - 527	CANTON (1) - awkwardly positioned to the inside of FRANK CSTLE rounding the final bend falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a bicep injury with a 10 day incapacitation issued. PENNY HAWKE (3) - hindquarters contacted entering the first bend resulting in a shift up the track making contact with BUTTERFLY CHILD. GO EVE (5) - raced on the hindquarters of PENNY HAWKE entering the first bend. Raced in restricted room first bend losing momentum. BUTTERFLY CHILD (7) - contacted from the inside entering the first bend racing up the track as a consequence. FRANK CASTLE (8) - hampered rounding the final bend when racing to the outside of CANTON.
Race 6	MPS Fencing Sprint - C2 - 318	BARNEY PARROT (1) - crowded and lost momentum entering the bend. PERSIAN CHIEF (2) - shouldered with BIG TIME GUCCI early stages. BIG TIME GUCCI (3) - raced in restricted room early stages after shouldering with PERSIAN CHIEF checking outwards off heels as a consequence. Again raced in restricted room entering the bend. SMASH SHADOW (5) - awkwardly placed to the outside of BIG TIME GUCCI entering the bend.
Race 7	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C4/5 - 527	BLACK TEA (2) - bumped with GO JOHNNY GO early stages. Shifted off heels exiting the back straight and again final turn. Awkwardly positioned on heels early stages of the run home. GO JOHNNY GO (4) - bumped with BLACK TEA early stages.
Race 8	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C4/5 - 318	YOU READY BOOTS (1) - slow early. Climbed on heels rounding the bend. ZOE STAR (2) - severely dragged down rounding the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. OTAKI RIVER (4) - raced in restricted room entering the bend having to check off heels and lose ground. BANDIT BILLY (6) - raced in restricted room early stages. Checked entering the bend. WILD KIWI (7) - crowded approaching the bend. Checked entering the bend losing ground. ZIPPING SAINT (8) - crowded WILD KIWI approaching the bend.
Race 9	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Stakes - C2/3 - 527	GRACE FOOT(3) - was a late scratching after being found to be in season at Kenneling. DOUBLE MAJOR (1) - crowded going into the first bend losing ground. Checked off heels exiting the final bend. GREAT WORK (5) - crowded the racing room of DOUBLE MAJOR going into the first bend. BUCKLAND BOY (6) - slow to jump. Checked off heels rounding the final bend.
Race 10	Follow Auckland GRC on Facebook Sprint - C2/3 - 318	FOR YOU PAGE (1) - shouldered with GO AHEAD CALLER in the run to the bend. Lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. Obligated to race on heels rounding the bend. LAGOON GRETA (3) - fell heavily to the track shortly after crossing the finish line. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for the mandatory 5 days under GRNZ rule 56A(1). MEG'S MUNCH (4) - raced in restricted room early stages. Fell heavily to the track shortly after crossing the finish line. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have pain to its pelvic area with a 10 day incapacitation issued. GO AHEAD CALLER (5) - shouldered with FOR YOU PAGE in the run to the bend. Lost ground when awkwardly placed to the outside of FOR YOU PAGE entering the bend. LAGOON TAUPY (9/6) - turned outwards when positioned to the outside of GO AHEAD CALLER entering the bend. Fell heavily to the track shortly after crossing the finish line. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for the mandatory 5 days under GRNZ rule 56A(1).
