SOUR LEMON (3) - ran outwards first bend pushing OPAWA AMIEKAY wider on the track. GOLDSTAR JERICHO (4) - stumbled soon after the start and settled well back. Got on heels of OPAWA KYLE leaving back straight losing momentum. GOLDSTAR AUSTIN (5) - very slow to jump and settled well back. OPAWA AMIEKAY (7) - contacted by MEGA FUN early stages. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.

WRINKLY WAYNE (4) - pushed wide by KNOCKA KNOW HOW home straight. HOMEBUSH SUGAR (5) - heels contacted by NONILLION early stages. Pushed wide into bend. Again pushed wider by HOMEBUSH CRYSTAL home straight. NONILLION (6) - tightened by HOMEBUSH CRYSTAL early stages and contacted the heels of HOMEBUSH SUGAR losing ground. Forced wide rounding bend and raced very wide home straight. Assessed by vet and found to have a cut to a metacarpal with a 7 day stand down recommended. GOLDSTAR RIO (8) - wide final turn. Race 9	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C1 - 520	INFINITY ONE (1) - when questioned regarding the improved performance the connections advised that the dog had been spelled after its previous start with some minor injuries but had trialed well of late and a forward showing was expected. OPAWA RUBY (3) - pushed wide by OPAWA EMMA home straight. GO ALBINO (4) - contacted by OPAWA ARLO early stages. OPAWA ARLO (5) - contacted GO ALBINO early stages losing ground. GOLDSTAR DEVON (6) - got on heels of OPAWA EMMA first turn losing ground. CALL THE TUNE (7) - slow to jump. Ran wide first turn.
