Race 1	The Fitz 2 Sports Bar Sprint - C0 - 295	FALLON JEWEL (1) - crowded entering the bend. HOMEBUSH JANET (2) - climbed on the heels of GOLDSTAR ODETTE entering the bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR ODETTE (4) - checked from behind entering the bend losing ground. MR MUGGINS (5) - came up with the lid and was slow away. Hampered entering the bend. HOMEBUSH TAILS (8) - hampered entering the bend.
Race 2	Real Pet Foods Rolleston Sprint Final - C0f - 295	TEXARKANA (1) - slow to jump. Had heels clipped by EPIC BLOSSOM back straight. Contacted by outside runners into bend losing ground. REPLICA RULER (2) - contacted by DYNAMITE BOY back straight and ran outwards in consequence. Assessed by vet and found to have a graze to a pad with a 7 day stand down recommended. OHOKA COCO (3) - tightened in run to bend losing ground. EPIC BLOSSOM (4) - slow to jump. Pushed down track back straight contacting heels of TEXARKANA. Checked outwards off heels of OPAWA BARNS final turn. DYNAMITE BOY (5) - ran inwards back straight contacting REPLICA RULER. Ran wide final turn. OPAWA BARNS (6) - slow to jump then pushed down the track by TOBY MCGILL. Contacted by TOBY MCGILL final turn then had heels clipped by EPIC BLOSSOM. TOBY MCGILL (7) - ran inwards early stages pushing OPAWA BARNS down the track. Checked on final turn when contacting OPAWA BARNS and became unbalanced losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Dyna Elwyn @ Stud Stakes - C0 - 520	EPIC GALAXY (1) - shifted up the track early stages dictating DARK WOLF and WANDERING STAR wide. Contacted from the outside exiting the final bend. STONE SOBER (2) - slow early DARK WOLF (3) - dictated wide early. WANDERING STAR (4) - dictated wide early. OPAWA AMIEKAY (7) - awkwardly placed on heels exiting the final bend colliding with EPIC GALAXY.
Race 4	Travel Bug Charlie On Instagram PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	No racing incidents to report.
Race 5	My Redeemer Distance - C0d - 645	NIGHTHAWK NOISE (1) - slow to jump. NIGHTHAWK THORN (3) - shifted up the track early stages placing OPAWA COREY and HONEY YOU in restricted room before colliding with CLAWS IN RAMBO. OPAWA COREY (4) - placed in restricted room early stages. HONEY YOU (6) - placed in restricted room early stages. Lost ground with the field passing the winning post on the first occasion continuing to do so thereafter. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a small laceration on the top of a toe on its left hind foot requiring sutures with a 10 day incapacitation issued. Not withstanding the performance was noted. CLAWS IN RAMBO (7) - collided with HIGHTHAWK THORN early stages.
Race 6	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 PBD Dash - C1 - 295	REPLICA REBEL (1) - crowded entering the bend. MAISEY (4) - slow early. Clipped the heels of GOLDSTAR SMILES entering the bend. EL PADRINO (5) - hindquarters contacted early stages. BIG TINY (6) - shifted down the track early stages colliding with the hindquarters of EL PADRINO and losing ground. GOLDSTAR SMILES (7) - heels clipped entering the bend losing ground.
Race 7	Active Electrical Christchurch PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	IMPRESSIVE AMY (2) - crowded and lost ground entering the bend being terminally dragged down by HOMEBUSH YAZMIN. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. OPAWA LIGHTNING (3) - shifted up the track early stages hampering MUSTARD CUSTARD before colliding with BEAU VIEW WINNIE. HOMEBUSH YAZMIN (4) - climbed on the heels of IMPRESSIVE AMY entering the bend losing its footing and falling to the track. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a fractured radius/ulna with a 90 day stand down recommended. To complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. MUSTARD CUSTARD (5) - hampered early stages. Checked by the falling HOMEBUSH YAZMIN entering the bend losing its balance and falling to the track. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 5 days under the provisions of GRNZ Rule 56A(1). BEAU VIEW WINNIE (6) - contacted from the inside early stages. GOLDSTAR LORENZO (7) - hampered entering the bend. HOMEBUSH JEWEL (8) - hampered entering the bend.
Race 8	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW EGO (3) was a late scratching when found t be in season. LET'S GO YOYO (1) - boxed first. Crowded first bend. ADOBE DAZZLER (4) - crowded LET'S GO YOYO first bend losing its balance for a stride. LUCKY LUCIANO (5) - slow early. GOLDSTAR SHARON (8) - jostled with OPAWA NEVILLE in the run to the finish. OPAWA NEVILLE (9/7) - slow early. Obligated to check off heels in the run to the first bend. Jostled with GOLDSTAR SHARON in the run to the finish.
Race 9	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food PBD Dash - C1 - 295	YES YES NO (2) - hampered when required to race in tight quarters entering the bend. IMPRESSIVE CHARM (3) - crowded entering the bend and had to check losing ground.
Race 10	Dyna Dave @ Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	PARIS BANDIT (2) - came up with the lid. Crowded entering the first bend. EMPTY GARDEN (7) - slow early.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH SAINT (4) - shouldered briefly with HOMEBUSH HERO early stages. Crowded and had to check for a stride entering the bend. HOMEBUSH HERO (5) - shouldered briefly with HOMEBUSH SAINT early stages. Hindquarters raced on for a stride approaching the bend. JUST STAGGER (6) - raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH HERO for a stride approaching the bend.
Race 12	Racing Again 26 April @ 12.11pm PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH ARIANA (2) - contacted from the outside approaching the bend. MAXI MILLY (3) - hindquarters raced on early stages and again approaching the bend making contact with HOMEBUSH ARIANA. HOMEBUSH SUGAR (4) - forced down the track early stages. HOMEBUSH COMET (5) - forced HOMEBUSH SUGAR down the track early stages before shouldering the hindquarters of MAXI MILLY. Again shouldered the hindquarters of MAXI MILLY approaching the bend forcing this runner to be turned inwards and contact HOMEBUSH ARIANA. GOLDSTAR CHEWY (6) - placed in restricted room and lost ground entering the bend. FLASHBACK FRED (7) - shifted outwards off heels in the run to the bend.
