Race 3	mayhounds.org.nz Rehoming Group Sprint - C3 - 295	CALCULATED RISK (A Bradshaw) was a late scratching at kenneling with a painful wart between its toes. ROWDY'S MESSAGE (1) - Contacted at the start by GOLDSTAR CLOVER. Shifted out making contact with LADY SOBERS in the early stages. GOLDSTAR CLOVER (2) - Contacted at the start by ROWDY'S MESSAGE. Crowded early stages when ROWDY'S MESSAGE and LADY SOBERS shifted ground. Shifted out across heels on bend. LADY SOBERS (5) - Shifted in making contact with ROWDY'S MESSAGE in the early stages. AMURI EARLY (7) - Race wide on bend.
Race 4	Travel Bug Charlie On Instagram Sprint - C3 - 295	SMASH SHADOW (2) - Slow to begin. KNOW HINDER (3) - Raced wide final bend. MISS MADRID (4) - Shifted out across heels at the first bend hampering AMURU PATTI. AMURI PATTI (5) - Hampered first bend GARY (8) - Raced wide on bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - SPECA - 520	OPAWA GINA (1) - Shifted out first bend making contact and crowding CLAWS IN RAMBO. Raced wide into the back straight. DIAMOND WARRIOR (2) - Raced wide final turn. CLAWS IN RAMBO (3) - Contacted and crowded when OPAWA GINA shifted out on the first bend and as a result lost ground. OPAWA PIP (4) - Raced wide into back straight. CARLOS JEWEL (5) - Contacted at the start when FRANK shifted inwards. FRANK (6) - Shifted in at the start making contact with CARLOS JEWEL. MANDY JEWEL (8) - Raced wide first bend
Race 6	Clarkson's Sign Studio Sprint - C4 - 295	SUCK IT UP (3) - Shifted outwards crowding FREE FOR ALL. Badly checked into bend losing all chance. AMURI LUCK (4) - Ran wide final bend. FREE FOR ALL (5) - Shifted out checking GOLDSTAR WYNTER in the back straight and was then checked again by IMPRESSIVE SONIC. Badly tightened into bend and fell. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Stood down for 5 days as a precaution. GOLDSTAR WYNTER (7) - Checked back straight. IMPRESSIVE SONIC (9/8) - Ran inwards back straight checking inside runners. Ran inwards into bend tightening runners.
Race 7	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C3 - 295	KNOW RATIO (5) - Raced wide on bend. FLY HIGH BUDDY (6) - Contacted early stages when REGAL JOCK shifted in. OPAWA JAWS (7) - Contacted and crowded losing ground at the start when REGAL JOCK shifted in. REGAL JOCK (8) - Shifted inwards making contact with inside runners in the early stages. Shifted out across heels final straight. ONESIE (9/2) - Raced wide final straight.
Race 8	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C5 - 295	NOTORIOUS HEIST (2) - Shifted out in bend checking GOLDSTAR NOLAN. EDGE OF REASON (3) - Placed in restricted room early stages. SMOOTH STEP (4) - Assessed by vet and found to have wrist soreness with a 7 day stand down recommended. RAPID RACCOON (5) - Slow to begin. Hampered bend. Ran inwards tightening GOLDSTAR NOLAN final bend. GOLDSTAR NOLAN (6) - Crowded at the start. Dragged for a stride entering the bend and was then checked shortly after when NOTORIOUS HEIST shifted out and hampering outside runners. Tightened final bend. MUSTANG MEGAN (7) - Crowded at the start. Hampered bend. ROMEO (8) - Shifted in at the start crowding inside runners. Continued to shift in placing EDGE OF REASON in restricted room in the early stages.
Race 9	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C4/5 - 520	GO JOHNNY GO (1) - Ran wide first bend. OPAWA HARPER (2) - Shifted outwards across heels entering the first bend. Raced wide final straight. OPAWA ANITA (4) - Ran outwards first bend and was checked and forced inwards contacting runners and becoming unbalanced. Ran very wide back straight. SEDUCTIVE KIWI (5) - Contacted by OPAWA ANITA first bend. MONEY SPINNER (7) - Ran wide first bend. DALISHA BALE (8) - Raced wide back straight.
Race 10	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 Sprint - C5 - 295	LA ROCHELLE (3) - Contacted at the start. On the bend was placed in restricted room to the inside of AMURI FURY and as a result was dragged down losing ground with HOMEBUSH CHLOE being hampered and MISS ADOBE and NOVA RAPIDE being dictated wider. Underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities. NOVA RAPIDE (4) - Contacted and tightened losing ground at the start when MISS ADOBE shifted ground. Dictated wider bend. MISS ADOBE (5) - Shifted ground at the start tightening NOVA RAPIDE and contacting LA ROCHELLE. Dictated wider bend. Raced wide final straight. HOMEBUSH CHLOE (6) - Hampered bend. AMURI FURY (7) - Shifted inwards back straight crowding HOMEBUSH CHLOE and MISS ADOBE being contacted and unbalanced.
Race 11	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food Dash - C4 - 295	GOLDSTAR QUINN (4) - Contacted at start. Ran wide on the bend hampering and dictating IT'S BETTER wider on the track. Raced wide final straight. CLAWS IN CREED (5) - Contacted at the start. JOCELYN (6) - Contacted at the start. RIGHT ON RAMSAY (7) - Shifted inwards at the start making contact with inside runners. IT'S BETTER (8) - Made contact with the hind quarters of GOLDSTAR QUINN which ran wide in the back straight. Hampered bend.
Race 12	Racing Again 4 March @ 11.56pm Sprint - C4 - 295	THUNDER HALLOWS (1) - Ran outwards back straight making brief contact with REDDY MOTH. Raced wide final turn. COFFEE BISCUIT (3) - Hampered back straight. REDDY MOTH (4) - Tightened at the start. Briefly contacted by REDDY MOTH on the back straight. Shifted out on bend making contact with EPIC ADDI. PEPONI BALE (5) - Tightened at the start. Crowded back straight. BARBARA'S ANGEL (6) - Shifted in at start tightening inside runners. Continued to shift inwards on the back straight crowding PEPONI BALE and REDDY MOTH which lost ground and COFFEE BISCUIT which was hampered.. GOLDSTAR HARPER (7) - Raced wide final straight. EPIC ADDI (8) - Contacted and hampered on the bend when REDDY MOTH shifted out. Assesd by vet and found to have a dislocated toe with a 42 day stand down and must complete and injury trial prior to resuming.
