BEAU VIEW WINNIE (4) - contacted from the outside early stages being forced onto the hindquarters of ST ANDREWS. SPICE SPICE BABY (5) - forced down onto BEAU VIEW WINNIE early stages. HOMEBUSH ZACK (7) - forced down the track onto SPICE SPICE BABY early stages before running out of racing room losing ground. C'MON BENNY BOY (8) - shifted down the track early stages placing pressure on inside runners. Shifted in off heels entering the bend. AMURI LIV (9/6) - slow early.
Race 5	MARK TURNER PAINTER PH021737111 - C5 - 390	CURVE CRUSHER (3) - shouldered with PEPPER CHIMES early stages. PEPPER CHIMES (4) - raced in restricted room early stages and again rounding the bend. NOVA RAPIDE (5) - raced in restricted room early stages. Awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend. BUSTER'S BROTHER (6) - raced in restricted room early stages. EVER RESTED (7) - shouldered with BUSTER'S BROTHER early stages. Lost ground rounding the bend and throughout the run home. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 6	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C1/2 - 457	BLACK STOCKINGS (1) - climbed on heels rounding the bend. SPEEDY SUE (2) - terminally dragged down rounding the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stewards will follow up the recovery with Trainer B Conner in the coming days. SILOUETTE JET (5) - shouldered briefly with CALCULATED RISK early stages. Climbed on heels in the run to the bend. CALCULATED RISK (6) - shouldered briefly with SILOUETTE JET early stages. BREE'S BELLA (7) - dragged down prior to the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. MAYHEM MADE (8) - hampered and had to check outwards rounding the bend losing ground.
Race 7	[email protected] - C3/4 - 390	AMURI MYSTIC (1) - crowded and lost ground rounding the bend. Faltered and lost ground exiting the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian a where it was found to have sustained a fractured right hock with a 90 day stand down imposed. Must trial prior to resuming. BARBARA'S ANGEL (2) - awkward off the mat. HOMEBUSH DREAM (3) - hindquarters raced on early stages. THUNDER HALLOWS (4) - raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH DREAM early stages losing ground.
Race 8	Mr Whippy Southland - C2 - 390	STARR BLUEBLOOD (2) - faltered entering the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have lameness in its left hamstring with a 21 day stand down imposed. SIX PACK NUGGET (3) - shouldered with HOMEBUSH CARTER on jumping. HOMEBUSH CARTER (4) - boxed first. Shouldered with SIX PACK NUGGET on jumping. MITCHAM RYDER (5) - lost ground after entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Performance noted. LITTLE NOSEY (8) - checked off heels entering the bend.
Race 9	ADDED ENERGY SPRINT - C2 - 390	AMURI RURU was a late scratching after escaping its handler in the stir ups finding its way to the lure. EZRA BLUEBLOOD (1) - crowded entering the bend losing momentum. RIGHT ON RAMSAY (2) - checked when placed in restricted room entering the bend. PUNCH ON BUZZ (3) - crowded and raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH MACHO rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH MAGGIE (4) - awkwardly placed on hindquarters early stages losing ground. HOMEBUSH MACHO (7) - hindquarters raced on rounding the bend.
