Shifted in off heels rounding the bend making contact. OPAWA SLICK (3) - collided first turn. THRILLING ROGUE (4) - tightened back straight having to steady losing ground. Tightened making contact rounding the bend losing ground. ANTONIO (5) - jostled concluding stages. LUCCA (6) - tightened making contact for a distance throughout the back straight and entering the first turn losing ground. THREE SHIRT DAY (7) - angled in back straight making contact for a distance. Continued to make contact first turn losing ground. HIGHVIEW ANNA (8) - raced wide.
Race 5	The Clubhouse Cambridge Sprint - C4 - 375	ZIPPING AUBRY (1) - contact first turn. OPAWA SOLOMON (2) - contact first turn losing ground. OTAKI RIVER (3) - collided start. Race 6	Nightrave Rehoming Agency for Greyhounds Sprint - C1 - 375	SCIMITAR (1) - stood in the boxes as the start was effected taking no competitive part in the event. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down to complete a satisfactory trial prior to resuming. OPAWA NIGEL (2) - contact start and dictated inwards losing ground. DOUBLE HEADER (3) - contact start. Tightened and hampered first turn losing ground. GEORGIA'S GIRL (4) - collided racing into the first turn then angled in coming together with DOUBLE HEADER. RAIN AND SHINE (5) - bumped start. BIG TIME BERT (6) - tightened making contact start losing ground. Collided racing into the first turn. HOMEBUSH BRAVE (7) - tightened making contact start losing ground. Collided racing into the first turn. Shifted wide final straight losing ground. Veterinary examination was not carried out with an investigation opened into the circumstances. RAMBLIN' HARDY (8) - collided start becoming briefly unbalanced.
Race 7	Garrards Horse & Hound Stakes - C1/2 - 457	OPAWA SANDRIDGE (1) - briefly contacted from behind after the start. Contact for a distance first turn losing ground going back onto trailing runners. GIRL VIENNA (2) - proved difficult to box and will be monitored. Jostled start becoming tightened between runners shifting in across heels. Inconvenienced first turn. SMOKIN' CHIMNEY (3) - jostled start. Hampered first turn getting on heels losing ground then contacted from behind becoming unbalanced. THRILLING STELLA (4) - tightened between runners first turn making contact for a distance. GO HOME DUKE (5) - jostled start losing ground. Hampered getting on heels first turn losing ground. Faltered final bend. Veterinary examination revealed a fractured right hock and a 90 day stand down imposed and a solo trial required. ALLEGRO ZIPPY (6) - jostled start. Checked back straight. NOT EVEN OWL (7) - contact for a distance first turn. OPAWA KIRK (8) - slow away. Inconvenienced first turn shifting wider.
Race 8	Farmlands CopRice Distance - C1d - 650	BIG TIME BABY (2) - collided for a distance after the start when in restricted room losing ground. BORING (3) - hampered start losing ground. Collided first turn. Checked rounding the final bend. OUR HOTROD (4) - collided for a distance after the start. DOBBY WHO (5) - contacted from behind first turn shifting wider. Raced wide into the back straight. Veterinary examination revealed a suspected fractured right hock with a 42 day stand down imposed and follow up veterinary treatment recommended. Will be required to complete a solo trial prior to resuming. BAD BRO BAD (6) - contact for several strides after the start losing ground. Collided first turn shifting wider.
