Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Tuesday C1 - C1 - 410	LUCY LINGERS (3) - checked into the bend as BIG TIME ALBIE was tightened into her shoulder for some strides racing to the bend. BIG TIME ALBIE (5) - fav- slow away. Severely crowded and fell into the bend and was pushed back onto his paws as dogs around him checked at this point. Assessed by the vet and found to have a ruptured ligament in his left hind toe. BIG TIME PORSCHE (6) - angled down into the bend and was severely checked racing out wide in the run onto the top bend. HOMEBUSH JENNIA (7) - racing into the bend she angled in across the line of BIG TIME ALBIE causing herself to be checked. SLIPPERY SUZIE (8) - angled down into the bend and was hampered when forced to race wide onto the top bend.
Race 2	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1/C2 - C1/2 - 410	MITCHAM LIAM was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. SLAM IT (3) - checked racing from the boxes, settled back in the running. ARM TURNER (4) - angled inwards sharply from the jump across the line of SLAM IT. HOMEBUSH VASSY (6) - crowded for a couple of strides racing to the bend as runners tightened from her outer. BAVARO (8) - fav- angled across into the bend and was jostled for a couple of strides. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a ruptured left front toe ligament. Co-trainer G Fredrickson has advised Stewards that BAVARO will now be retired.
Race 3	Paul Claridge Electrical C2/C3 - C2/3 - 410	BIG TIME MAY (1) - angled out over heels into the bend onto the shoulder of ELECTRICAL STORM going sideways for a couple of strides. PICK A PASCAL (2) - hampered racing from the start as ENTREE ONLY angled across his line. BIG TIME LEBRON (4) - fav- dwelt at the jump. Was tightened as he attempted to get into stride. ELECTRICAL STORM (5) - jostled early stages. Crowded and jostled contacting the hind of BIG TIME MAY racing into the bend. BIG TIME BOOTS (7) - tightened and crowded between runners checking out off heels losing momentum and ground and raced extremely wide in the run down the home straight after angling out across heels on the home turn.
Race 4	PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C3/C4 - C3/4 - 410	BIG TIME FELIX (1) - tightened into the bend making contact with the rail for some strides. Assessed by the vet with no abnormalities found. SUB TWENTY THREE (2) - angled inwards onto BIG TIME FELIX tightening this runner for several strides into the bend. BIG TIME IZZY (4) - began awkwardly. Crowded nearing the bend and was forced to hurdle falling runner checking into BUTTER CHURN and going down on her haunches . Recovered back into stride assessed by the vet and found to have pain over right sartorius muscle. BUTTER CHURN (5) - away well to lead to the bend where he was tightened and checked galloping over the hind of BIG TIME SMILE. Assed by the vet and found to have pain over left thigh muscles. ZAMAH (6) - ran into the hind of SUB TWENTY THREE and was unbalanced for a stride a stride or so racing onto the top bend. BIG TIME SMILE (7) - angled across the line of BUTTER CHURN checking this runner into the bend and was clipped momentarily from behind. ALLEGRO BRANDON (8) - followed BIG TIME SMILE into the bend clipping a heels and falling. Recovered to her paws to finish onto the lure assessed by the vet and found to have pain over both gracilis muscles.
Race 5	Big Barrel Palmerston North C4/C5 - C4/5 - 410	ELUSIVE ALIBI (2) - scrambled for a stride or so racing from the boxes. BIG TIME HAZEL (3) - checked racing from the start as LIFE IS GOOD angled across. TUFF'S MY MUM (4) - tightened and checked back racing from the start, lost ground and raced in the rear thereafter. Assessed by the vet and found no abnormalities. When spoken to Trainer B Mitchell has requested that the dog be put on the box first list and monitored after the dog has been getting stressed at the start. LIFE IS GOOD (5) - angled across sharply from the jump checking runners to his inner. BEES AND BIRDS (8) - forced to race widest throughout covering a fair amount of extra ground.
Race 6	Bigtime Paddy at Stud C0 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	FRECKLE (3) - dwelt and was slow into stride. Hampered racing into the bend as BIG TIME HELENA angled inwards. Angled out across heels into the home straight running into the shoulder of BIG TIME HELENA. BIG TIME HELENA (4) - dwelt and was slowest away. Angled outwards into the bend, bumped and unbalanced into the home straight as BIG TIME HELENA angled out across heels. FLASHBACK FRED (8) - settled in midfield in the run to the bend. Looking to clear heels in the run onto the top bend, soon after came back off the heels of BIG TIME HELENA.
Race 7	Dream Collector at Stud C0 - C0q - 457 Heat 2	THRILLING OTIS (2) - bumped at the start as BIG TIME CHASE ran inwards. He lost his initial momentum settling back ,made good ground thereafter to the line. BIG TIME CHASE (4) - ran inwards sharply from the jump into the shoulder of THRILLING OTIS. RICH LISTER (7) - slow into stride. Raced in the rear throughout in a fast paced race. Assessed by the vet with no abnormalities found. When spoken to regarding todays run Trainer M Gowan was disappointed as she reported the dog has been working well. GOLDSTAR HARLOWE (8) - angled across from the jump pushing POWER BOOM across for several strides.
Race 8	5K Guaranteed 1st Four All Races April 1st C1 - C1 - 457	ADOBE TURTLE (3) - soon after the start he was pushed across as runners came across, soon after he was tightened and jostled for some distance then checked back into the bend losing momentum and ground. SMOKIN' CHIMNEY (4) - severely hampered in the early stages when tightened between runners and forced back then was dictated across onto the shoulder of ADOBE TURTLE jostling this runner for some strides. XANTHONE (6) - severely tightened and checked in the early stages from the boxes. BIG TIME GLORY (7) - severely tightened for some strides in the run from the start. THRILLING SAMSON (8) - from the jump he angled across causing tightening and checks to several runners for some strides.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C1/C2 - C1/2 - 457	GOLDSTAR HADLEE (3) - hampered arcing from the start as SHELLY POM angled into his shoulder. He settled in the rear thereafter. SHELLY POM (4) - angled inwards at the jump contacting the shoulder of GOLDSATR HADLEE. She raced wide into and down the home straight to the line. GAZZA'S GIRL (6) - hampered racing into the bend as JUST LIKE LUCY was dictated inwards. Soon after she was forced to abruptly check off the heels of JUST LIKE LUCY as this runner angled in across her line. JUST LIKE LUCY (7) - hampered racing into the bend as SILENT DISMISSAL angled in across her line. She angled outwards into the home straight racing wide to the line.
Race 10	Eminent Reality at Stud NZ Bred C2 - C2 - 457	BUDDY LOADED (1) - racing to the bend he came out over heels running into BIG TIME GINA, he was then checked and pushed sideways as SUMMER GLEE angled inwards forcing BIG TIME AMBER inwards onto him. BIG TIME GINA (3) - checked in the run to the bend after catching the hind of BIG TIME HAUTU as he angled in across her line. BIG TIME AMBER (4) - awkwardly away in the first couple of strides. Dictated inwards into the bend being forced in onto BUDDY LOADED. BIG TIME HAUTU (7) - angled across into the bend across the line of BIG TIME GINA who contacted her hind quarters. SUMMER GLEE (8) - awkwardly away for a couple of strides. Angled inwards into the bend onto the shoulder of BIG TIME AMBER causing herself to be checked.
Race 11	Total Bodyshop Supplies C2/C3 - C2/3 - 457	HOT PLATTER a scratching has been retired. SUPER REX (1) - hampered racing into the bend when crowded and running onto heels losing several lengths. STAY CONNECTED (3) - checked into the bend as runners came back on him. JILLIBY JAC (4) - tightened and crowded into the bend losing momentum and- ground EMGRAND ROSE (5) - hampered racing off the mats having to check and lost her initial momentum. Angled across into the bend contacting BIG TIME MAC and became unbalanced, was then contacted by JILLIBY JAC checking her outwards losing momentum and ground. BIG TIME MAC (6) - angled across the line of EMGRAND ROSE racing off the mats running on into the shoulder of JILLIBY JAC. He was crowded racing into the bend going back onto STAY CONNECTED.
Race 12	The City Of PN Golden Chase Here April 1st C4/C5 - C4/5 - 457	BIG TIME TOMMEY (2) - soon after the start he ducked out between runners into the shoulder of BIG TIME FRANKIE as this runner angled across. Crowded into the bend being checked back losing momentum and ground. BIG TIME FRANKIE (6) - soon after the start he was tightened and jostled between runners and forced to check back to the rear. THRILLING MORRIS (7) - checked soon after the start when angling across contacting BIG TIME FRANKIE and jostling for a couple of strides. Angled across into the bend hampering SPEED MACHINE to his inner.
