Race 1	Follow Auckland GRC on Facebook Sprint - C1 - 318	FULL OF SECRETS (2) - tightened to the inside of SUB EIGHTEEN first turn losing ground then shifted out off heels. TIDES RISING (3) - shifted out away from heels first turn. SMASH ZONE (4) - unbalanced after the start losing ground. Checked first turn having to steady off heels. Steadied when tightened between runners rounding the bend. SUB EIGHTEEN (7) - angled in first turn then steadied off heels. REACT RESPOND (8) - inconvenienced first turn shifting wider then obliged to race wide for the remainder of the event.
Race 2	MPS Fencing Sprint - C0 - 318	BIG TIME CRUISE (1) - went up with the lids losing ground. Shifted up the track back straight for clear racing room then improved wide rounding the bend. PACHINKO (2) - raced in restricted room for a distance after the start making contact losing ground. Held up throughout the back straight shifting in first turn becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail becoming unbalanced then checked getting on heels losing ground. RAPINOE (3) - bumped after the start then tightened making contact back straight. Tightened and checked first turn. MY BRO JET (4) - lay in making contact for a distance after the start. TREVOR (5) - jostled throughout the back straight and entering the first turn becoming tightened then hampered losing ground. VEGAS CHOPS (6) - jostled throughout the back straight and entering the first turn getting dragged down losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right hamstrings with a 10 day stand down imposed. XENA POPPY (7) - inconvenienced first turn.
Race 3	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group Sprint - C1 - 318	HOW'S THE ENEMY was withdrawn from this event as was ineligible due to having not completed the solo trial imposed on 5 November 2020. SIR YENS (1) - tightened first turn inside the heels of CHIPPER'S CHOICE shifting out abruptly making solid contact with TAMANTHA losing ground. Checked rounding the bend making contact. IT'S COMPLICATED (3) - began awkwardly losing ground. Tightened and checked making contact first turn losing ground. Contact rounding the bend. WAITERIMU RIPPER (5) - began awkwardly losing ground. Inconvenienced first turn shifting off heels. Raced in restricted room rounding the bend to the inside of IT'S COMPLICATED losing ground going back onto SIR YENS. NEXUS (6) - tightened and checked making contact first turn losing ground. TAMANTHA (7) - hampered first turn getting forced wide becoming unbalanced losing ground. Inconvenienced final bend shifting wider.
Race 4	Jo's Wholesale & Sports Bar Taipa Tavern Sprint - C1 - 318	TRIBAL CONQUEST (1) - steadied when tightened first turn. Hampered rounding the bend. BIG TIME DYNASTY (3) - began awkwardly losing ground. Shifted away from the running rail first turn then trailed the field. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. AUDRETTE (4) - bumped back straight. Shifted away from heels racing toward the first turn. Shifted wide final bend. FEDERER (5) - jostled after the start shifting in onto AUDRETTE. ALL DAY LONG (6) - jostled after the start. Checked off heels rounding the bend shifting wider. SADOWSKI (7) - slow away. Dictated wider back straight and rounding the bend then shifted in off heels coming together with TRIBAL CONQUEST.
Race 5	Sportsbowl Function Centre Sprint - C2 - 318	ALWAYS DREAMING (1) - collided back straight and again for several strides entering the first turn. STAY RICH (2) - shifted in off heels after the start. Tightened and hampered for a distance first turn losing ground. Raced in restricted room for a distance rounding the bend to the inside of PARIS END becoming awkwardly placed on the running rail having to check. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. PARIS END (3) - collided back straight and again for a distance entering the first turn losing ground going back onto other runners. Lay in rounding the bend onto STAY RICH making contact for a distance. PRIDEFUL (4) - jostled back straight. FORD MAN (5) - jostled back straight. JUST NIA (6) - jostled back straight. ALLEGRO RORY (8) - slow away then shifted in off heels becoming held up then tightened and hampered first turn losing considerable ground. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality.
Race 6	Auckland Cup & Railway Heats 21 March - C2 - 318	BIG TIME LENNY (1) - slow away. Tightened and checked first turn losing ground. Contacted rounding the bend. SMASH OUT (2) - slow away then shifted out off heels. Shifted in entering the first turn making contact for several strides. OPAWA ROY (4) - contact several occasions back straight and entering the first turn losing ground. Shifted wide final bend. BASELINE (6) - slow away. Collided several occasions back straight and entering the first turn losing ground. Checked getting on heels rounding the bend. Tightened for a distance final bend shifting out off heels. BIGTIME TANK (7) - tightened making contact back straight. Collided first turn losing ground. Shifted in final bend tightening BASELINE getting briefly contacted from behind. QUARA'S YOSHI (8) - bumped back straight. Collided first turn.
Race 7	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C3 - 318	NOISE MAKER (1) - steadied when tightened first turn. BOOT CAMP TIARA (2) - inconvenienced first turn shifting out off heels. BEAU BEAU (3) - contact start and again for a distance entering the first turn. ALLEGRO ELLA (4) - began awkwardly making contact losing ground. Collided several occasions back straight and entering the first turn losing ground. MONSOON MALABAR (5) - contact for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. GET ME HOME (4) - contact for a distance entering the first turn then checked shifting out off heels rounding the first bend making solid contact losing ground. OPAWA BIG (6) - contact for a distance first turn. GAO GAO (7) - hampered rounding the first bend getting forced wider losing ground.
Race 9	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C1 - 527	UP YOUR QUOTA (1) - slow away. Tightened and checked first turn shifting out off heels. Contact final bend. OPAWA NEMO (2) - tightened and hampered first turn shifting out off heels making solid contact. Raced in restricted room final bend making contact. OPAWA GONZO (3) - bumped start. MIRKO (4) - bumped start. Angled in first turn into the line of OPAWA NEMO becoming unbalanced. AWARD WINNER (5) - contact for a distance entering the first turn then hampered becoming unbalanced losing ground. Tightened and checked rounding the first bend shifting out off heels. Shifted in rounding the bend into the line of AWARD WINNER then came together with THEA WHO for a distance.
Race 10	Qualified Pet Services Sprint - C4/5 - 318	PORTLAND BLONDE (1) - tightened and checked first turn shifting out off heels going back onto DANISH DELIGHT. EXPRESS EMPORIUM (2) - shifted wider first turn making contact. COSMIC METEOR (3) - contact for a distance after the start becoming badly unbalanced losing all chance. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right deep gluteal with a 10 day stand down imposed. JUST AS MUCH (4) - contact for a distance after the start. Contacted from behind first turn. CALL ME LEO (5) - contact first turn getting taken wider on the track. WILD KIWI (6) - collided after the start. Checked first turn getting dictated wider. Bumped final straight.
