Race 2	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C3 - 295	PENNY JANE (2) - shouldered with MULBERRY BRIT in the run to the bend losing balance for a stride. Placed in restricted room and lost ground entering the bend. MULBERRY BRIT (3) - shouldered with PENNY JANE in the run to the bend. Crowded entering the bend losing ground. CALM INFERNO (6) - hampered early stages. Hampered entering the bend. GOLDEN BAY (7) - shifted down onto CALM INFERNO on jumping. KHATIA (3) - shouldered with PUNTERS BOLT early stages before being placed in restricted room. ULYSSA BALE (4) - came together with GOLDSTAR ARIA early stages. Hampered and turned inwards entering the bend. GOLDSTAR ARIA (5) - came together with ULYSSA BALE early stages. Placed in tight quarters entering the bend losing ground. SUCK IT UP (6) - shouldered with MULBERRY SOX entering the home straight. MULBERRY SOX (8) - came up with the lid and was slow to jump. Shouldered from the outside entering the home straight racing on the hindquarters of PUNTERS BOLT in consequence.
Race 4	The Fitz Sports Bar Sprint Final - C3f - 295	NEXT OFF (2) - hampered in the run to the bend. Crowded entering the bend losing all momentum. COME A GUSTER (3) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH LIAM (4) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed to the outside of COME A GUSTER entering the bend racing wide. EDGE OF REASON (6) - contacted from the outside on jumping. CULVIE BUT (7) - collided with EDGE OF REASON on jumping.

Race 9	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4/5 - 520	A false start was declared after the lure driver failed to the green light had been activated due to sun glare. All greyhounds were subsequently removed from their boxes and passed fit to start by the on-course Veterinarian. PRETTY BUSY (1) - jostled briefly with OPAWA DEAL in the run home. VAN EVIE (2) - bumped with VAN NINDI in the run to the first bend. OPAWA DEAL (3) - jostled briefly with PRETTY BUSY in the run home. OPAWA SOLOMON (4) - collided with VAN NINDI early stages.
