GAZZA'S GIRL (4) - hampered rounding the first bend when awkwardly placed on heels. BIG TIME DIOR (5) - hindquarters raced on early stages. BIG TIME BRYNN (6) - placed in restricted room early stages after being awkwardly positioned on the hindquarters of BIG TIME DIOR. STAY CONNECTED (7) - awkwardly positioned to the outside of BIG TIME BRYNN early stages. Crowded and checked off heels first bend. OPAWA RAINBOW (8) - hampered entering the first bend.
Race 2	WANGANUI JOCKEY CLUB C2 FEATURE - C2 - 305	ALLEGRO VEY (1) - shouldered with OPAWA JODY entering the bend. OPAWA JODY (2) - shouldered with ALLEGRO VEY entering the bend. BIG TIME KATY (6) - checked inwards off heels early stages losing ground. Again lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. BIGTIME COCO (8) - slow through the initial stages. Lost ground with the field thereafter failing to take a competitive part in the race. Subjected to a Veterinarian examination where it was reported to have be sore in its right monkey muscle. Stewards questioned the performance with trainer N Udy who advised the bitch had become unsettled prior to kenneling and that he was of the opinion she had failed to handle racing twice in 3 days.
Race 3	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 FEATURE - C2 - 520	FEDERAL RANGER (2) - shouldered with BIG TIME FALCON first bend. GOLDSTAR TUDOR (3) - crowded and obliged to check off the heels of GOLDSTAR SPOOK entering the first bend. BIGTIME AVA (4) - placed in restricted room early stages. ALLEGRO BRANDON (6) - contacted from the outside early stages by BIG TIME FALCON. Checked exiting the final bend. GREAT WORK (7) - hampered early stages having to check off heels. BIG TIME FALCON (8) - shifted down the track early stages impeding the racing line of GREAT WORK before colliding with ALLEGRO BRANDON. Shouldered with FEDERAL RANGER first bend.
Race 4	AON CPF INSURANCE C3 FEATURE - C3 - 520	EMGRAND ROSE (1) - contacted from the outside early stages losing balance. Crowded for racing room entering the first bend. BIG TIME FELIX (2) - checked early stages being placed in restricted room and losing ground. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend and again final bend. OPAWA SOLOMON (3) - contacted from the outside by GO BRO early stages. GO BRO (4) - heavily contacted from the outside early stages colliding with OPAWA SOLOMON. BIG TIME AMBER (5) - contacted from the outside early stages and forced down onto GO BRO in consequence losing ground. JILLIBY JAC (6) - contacted from the outside by BIG TIME HARPER early stages bumping down onto BIG TIME AMBER as a consequence. Checked when attempting a marginal gap rounding the final bend. COSSIE COOPER (7) - obligated to check off heels early stages. BIG TIME HARPER (8) - shifted down the track early stages forcing JILLIBY JAC down the track onto BIG TIME AMBER.
Race 5	LASER PLUMBING C5 FEATURE - C5 - 305	BEES AND BIRDS (2) - hampered early stages. Lost momentum entering the bend when awkwardly positioned to the back of LIFE IS GOOD. Again lost momentum when avoiding the falling TROJAN HOARSE. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. BIG TIME JONIE (3) - shouldered down the track on jumping impeding BEES AND BIRDS as a consequence. Crowded entering the bend being obligated to race on the hindquarters of BIG TIME GWYN. LIFE IS GOOD (4) - shouldered with BIG TIME JONIE on jumping forcing this greyhound down onto BEES AND BIRDS. Checked from behind entering the bend before being obliged to hurdle the falling TROJAN HOARSE. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. BIG TIME GWYN (6) - shouldered with TROJAN HOARSE prior to and entering the bend. Hindquarters raced on entering the bend shifting outwards checking TROJAN HOARSE as a consequence. WIFI BOLT (7) - awkwardly positioned on heels entering the bend having to shorten stride. TROJAN HOARSE (8) - shouldered with BIG TIME GWYN prior to and entering the bend. Checked and fell to the track entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have sustained superficial grazes. Stood down as a precaution for 5 days.
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4 FEATURE - C4 - 520	GOLDSTAR YANKEE (1) - crowded entering the first bend checking off heels. BIG TIME ROONIE (2) - hampered entering the first bend. BIG TIME PLUTO (3) - placed on heels entering the first bend sifting up the track placing BIG TIME ROCKET in restricted room. JILLIBY SOPHIA (4) - crowded entering the first bend being obliged to check off heels. BIG TIME ROCKET (5) - turned inwards early stages after placing BIG TIME DAWSON in restricted room. Checked and fell to the track entering the first bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury with a precautionary 5 day stand down imposed. BIG TIME DAWSON (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages checking off heels and losing balance. Checked inwards off heels entering the bend making contact with the running rail. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.

HE'S ALL SHINE (6) - contacted from the outside early stages. Checked first bend shifting up the track. NOVA WILLOW (8) - began awkwardly. Shifted down the track early stages checking off heels colliding with HE'S ALL SHINE. SUB TWENTY THREE (9/1) - crowded entering the bend checking outwards and colliding with NOVA WILLOW. Again crowded rounding the final bend.
Race 8	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C1 D FEATURE - C1d - 645	HOLY GRAIL (1) - raced on the hindquarters final bend. BIG TIME KOBE (2) - hampered first turn. SILENT DISMISSAL (3) - began awkwardly shouldering briefly with SHELLY POM. Placed in restricted room entering the first turn losing ground. SHELLY POM (4) - shouldered briefly with SILENT DISMISSAL on jumping. Squeezed for racing room shortly afterwards losing ground. FAMOUS LEE (5) - shouldered with SPEED MACHINE early stages. Brushed with SPEED MACHINE entering the home straight on the first occasion. DOUBLE THAT (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. SPEED MACHINE (7) - shouldered with FAMOUS LEE early stages. GOLDSTAR TRUMAN (4) - contacted from the outside by BAILEYS NICE early stages. BAILEYS NICE (5) - contacted GOLDSTAR TRUMAN early stages. STUDENT LOAN (6) - began awkwardly. BRONSKI BEAT (8) - cramped severely over the concluding stages hampering MR BLACKJACK for a stride.
