Judicial report: Trainers K Benson and K Gommans have advised that their Kennels have an outbreak of Kennel Cough. As a consequence to this all of their runners engaged in all race meetings have been scratched at the direction of GRNZ.

Race 3	FIRST SECURITY C5 - C5 - 305	CRIMINAL JUSTICE (3) - checked inwards off the heels of ELUSIVE ALIBI in home straight contacting EYE FAR. EYE FAR (5) - contacted by CRIMINAL JUSTICE in home straight.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	FUNZALO (1) - placed in restricted room by WATERLOO PINK on bend. WATERLOO PINK (3) - angled inwards on bend placing FUNZALO in restricted room.
Race 5	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	SEDGEBROOK LOVER (1) - contacted by outside runners back straight. Checked by WATERLOO GIRL into bend becoming unbalanced and running outwards checking that runner. SEDGEBROOK SALLY (3) - contacted by outside runners back straight. Checked by WATERLOO GIRL into bend then checked by inside runners losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. WATERLOO GIRL (4) - contacted by LIFE IS GOOD back straight. Ran inwards into bend checking inside runners then checked by SEDGEBROOK LOVER losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. FREE THINKER (7) - pushed down track by LIFE IS GOOD back straight. LIFE IS GOOD (8) - ran inwards back straight pushing FREE THINKER down the track and contacting inside runners.
Race 6	LASER PLUMBING C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	OH MISS JORDIE (3) - checked outwards off heels first bend pushing THREE OF HEARTS wider. BIG TIME ABBI (5) - raced wide in the straights. BIGTIME AVA (6) - last on jumping. THREE OF HEARTS (7) - pushed wide by OH MISS JORDIE first bend.
Race 7	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME STELLA (Agent/Williams) was a late scratching due to transport difficulties. PAVING WAY (2) - badly tightened back straight and again into bend losing ground. Checked outwards off heels on bend dropping to rear. IDOL MEGHAN (3) - tightened into bend losing ground. Ran wide home straight. BORN QUICK (4) - tightened and checked inwards into bend then turned sideways and lost chance as MY PABLO ran inwards. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. MY PABLO (6) - tightened by outside runners back straight. Ran inwards into bend checking inside runners. GOTCHA MARSHALL (7) - tightened by SCREAMING VIKING back straight. SCREAMING VIKING (8) - ran inwards back straight tightening inside runners.
Race 8	WELCOME TO HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	CLIFF TOP ROSIE (1) - began awkwardly and stumbled dropping to rear. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. OPAWA MARCIE (2) - ran outwards into bend contacting COOL BEANS. PARADOX PRINCE (5) - contacted by COOL BEANS early stages losing ground. CHECKPOINT (7) - contacted hind quarters of MITCHAM NIKORIMA into bend losing ground. MITCHAM NIKORIMA (8) - had hind quarters contacted by CHECKPOINT into bend losing ground. Raced wide home straight. COOL BEANS (9/4) - ran outwards early stages contacting PARADOX PRINCE. Contacted by OPAWA MARCIE into bend losing ground.
Race 9	AON CPF INSURANCE C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA JODY (1) - ran outwards early stages after being briefly contacted by DENUTO. Contacted DENUTO home turn and pushed wide in consequence. DENUTO (2) - ran inwards contacting OPAWA JODY early stages. Contacted OPAWA JODY home turn. BAILEY AND CREAM (3) - checked by BIGTIME LUNA final turn losing ground. PUNCH ON SCOOBY (6) - contacted by BIGTIME LUNA early stages. BIGTIME LUNA (7) - ran inwards early stages contacting PUNCH ON SCOOBY. Ran inwards final bend checking BAILEY AND CREAM and became unbalanced losing ground. Assessed by vet and found to have gracilis and fibula pain.

IDOL WILSON (6) - ran wide home straight. ZAMAH (7) - checked by BIG TIME CHANCE back straight. Ran wide home straight. BIG TIME CHANCE (8) - ran inwards back straight checking ZAMAH.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 - C2 - 305	OPAWA LACY (4) - last to jump. Pushed wide by HERE'S HEMI into bend. IDOL LUCY (6) - checked outwards off heels of HYPOTHETICAL on home turn. DOTTIE BELL (7) - ran very wide home turn. HYPOTHETICAL (8) - had heels clipped by IDOL LUCY on home turn. HERE'S HEMI (10/5) - ran outwards into bend pushing OPAWA LACY wider. Ran very wide home turn.
