Judicial report: 1). Due to the kennels of M Gowan and L Cole having Greyhounds scratched from Tuesday's meeting at Palmerston North showing clinical signs of Kennel Cough, all Greyhounds engaged to race at today's meeting trained by these trainers were subsequently scratched at the direction of GRNZ.

2). Due to the kennels of the Kettlewell/Phillips and R & L Udy training partnerships having Greyhounds scratched at kenneling showing clinical signs of Kennel Cough, all other Greyhounds engaged to race at today's meeting trained by these partnerships were subsequently scratched at the direction of GRNZ.

Race 2	LASER PLUMBING C0 - C0 - 305	TUI TONIGHT (3) - bumped entering the bend. Moved up the track nearing the home straight, racing wide through the home straight. ENDLESS STYLE (6) - wide through the home straight. LOUDRED (7) - bumped TUI TONIGHT entering the bend.

Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 305	ALAMEIN STRYDA was a late scratching pursuant with GRNZ Rule 5.1(v). LUCY LINGERS (1) - tightened entering the bend, contacting the rail. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed minor bruising to the base of the right gracilis. HOMEBUSH MAYCEE (3) - bumped shortly after the start. Tightened entering the bend losing momentum as a result. OTIS (5) - slow away. Contacted LIGHT CRUISER from behind shortly after the start. Bumped BIGTIME ON TRACK entering the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing some ground. BIGTIME ON TRACK (6) - bumped HOMEBUSH MAYCEE shortly after the start. Bumped entering the bend, in turn tightening HOMEBUSH MAYCEE and LUCY LINGERS, becoming unbalanced and losing ground. LIGHT CRUISER (7) - contacted from behind shortly after the start. Moved up the track entering the bend, squeezing MONSOON MALABAR. Checked across heels entering the home straight to race wide through the home straight. MONSOON MALABAR (3) - bumped PORCELAIN PANDA at the start. Squeezed entering the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Appeared awkward in his action through the back straight, then faltered entering the final bend finishing some distance behind the field. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a torn hip support muscle.
Race 7	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C2 - C2 - 305	There was a two minute delay to the start of this race due to the short turn around between races 6 and 7. OPAWA GYPSY (2) - moved up the track shortly after the start squeezing HURRICANE AL. IDOL JAN (3) - bumped at the start. Tightened nearing the bend. HURRICANE AL (4) - bumped IDOL JAN at the start. Squeezed between runners shortly after the start becoming unbalanced and moving towards the rail and tightening IDOL JAN nearing the bend. PUNCH ON RUBY (5) - bumped at the start, then tightened shortly after the start. Squeezed HURRICANE AL shortly after the start. SIDELINE SALLY (6) - bumped PUNCH ON RUBY at the start. Tightened PUNCH ON RUBY shortly after the start, becoming unbalanced as a result. DOTTIE BELL (8) - awkward off the mats.
Race 8	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	ALAMEIN BEAUDEN was a late scratching pursuant with GRNZ Rule 5.1(v). GOLDSTAR MCQUEEN (1) - began awkwardly.
