1). Trainer A Turnwald has reported that x-rays taken from her greyhound KAMADA PARK have confirmed a displaced hock in 3 places with surgery booked in for Thursday and the greyhound retired from racing.

Judicial Report:

1). Due to the kennels of S Gommans, M Gowan and L Cole having greyhounds scratched pre scratching time or when being kennelled showing clinical signs of Kennel Cough, all other greyhounds engaged to race at today's meeting trained by these trainers were subsequently scratched at the direction of GRNZ. Trainer G Hodgson was also subjected to having his greyhounds scratched due to training on the same property as Mrs Gommans.

Stand downs:

1). THRILLING NORMAN (K WALSH) - stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for Failing to Pursue the Lure in Race 2.

XANTHONE (5) - stood down for 10 days after being found to be lame in its pectoral muscle. SO LIKE ME (6) - shifted down the track early stages.
Race 4	Kernow Construction Distance C1/C2 - C1/2d - 660	SPEED MACHINE, GOLDSTAR HADLEE, BUDDY LOADED, BRONSKI BEAT, BIG TIME MAC, BIGTIME BAILEY and HOMEBUSH SURGEON were late scratching under GRNZ Rule 5.1(v). No racing incidents to report.
Race 5	Bigtime Paddy at Stud C0 - C0 - 457	BIG TIE WOLFIE, BIG TIME BRYNN, BIG TIME HAUTU and BIG TIME FALCON were late scratching under GRNZ Rule 5.1(v) ADOBE BROOKE (2) - shouldered down the track in the run to the bend before being obligated to check off the heels of SMOKIN' CHIMNEY. SMOKIN' CHIMNEY (3) - shifted down the track in the run to the bend shouldering with ADOBE BROOKE forcing this runner to check off its heels.
Race 6	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 410	1). BIG TIME REBEL and KAY TUESSO were late scratching under GRNZ Rule 5.1(v). 2). BIG TIME PORSCHE was a late scratching at kennelling on Veterinary advice. MILO TONIGHT (2) - shouldered with JACK MARJEN shortly after jumping. KIOSK (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Raced on heels entering the bend. JACK MARJEN (5) - shouldered with MILO TONIGHT shortly after jumping. MOTHER'S TOUCH (8) - coursed wide early stages and again through the run home. COOKIE BISCUIT (9/3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Checked when clipped from behind entering the bend. Referred tot he Veterinarian after the handler indicated concern in its walking action post race with this revealing moderate pain over both sides of its pectoral muscle.
Race 7	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C2/C3 - C2/3 - 457	MURMUR, BIG TIME KOBE, BIGTIME ARCHIE and BIG TIME ODETTE were late scratchings under GRNZ Rule 5.1(v).
