Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

Wanganui GRC 27 November - Trainer E Potts reported that OPAWA TRAVIS was found to have sustained an injury following the race and presented to the on course veterinarian at todays meeting and found to have torn right quadriceps with a 21 stand down imposed.

Judicial Report

1) - SADOWSKI (race 4) stood down 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b Failing to Pursue.

SHOT OF CLASS (2) - inconvenienced after the start. Tightened first turn shifting out across heels contacting the hindquarters of ALL DAY LONG. Collided rounding the bend. WAITERIMU RIPPER (3) - tightened first turn then contacted from behind. ALL DAY LONG (5) - collided after the start then jostled back straight shifting out off heels racing toward the first turn. Hampered first turn becoming badly unbalanced. ALLEGRO SKYE (6) - tightened losing ground after the start. Inconvenienced racing toward the first turn shifting wider. STAY RICH (7) - collided after the start then jostled back straight shifting out off heels racing toward the first turn. Shifted in across heels first turn.
Race 3	Jo's Wholesale & Sports Bar Taipa Tavern Sprint - C1 - 318	BIG TIME LENNY (1) - bumped after the start. Shifted out off heels first turn. JUST NIA (2) - bumped after the start. Solid contact first turn losing ground. TRIBAL CONQUEST (3) - solid contact first turn. Steadied when tightened rounding the bend after attempting to improve to the inside of MONSOON MALABAR. MY BRO BOBBY (6) - collided several occasions after the start and throughout the back straight losing ground. Race 4	Sportsbowl Function Centre Sprint - C1 - 318	MY SNUGGLES (1) - steadied off heels first turn then checked. SMASH OUT (2) - tightened making contact for a distance first turn losing ground. PARIS END (3) - bumped after the start. Lay in entering the first turn making contact with SMASH OUT for a distance. SADOWSKI (4) - bumped several occasions after the start. Tightened first turn then made contact. Turned head outwards entering the final straight and shifted out coming together with ALLEGRO PAYTON for a distance Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment throughout the entirety of the event. HURRY FLURRY (5) - bumped start. Contact back straight and again first turn. Shifted wider off heels rounding the bend. Contacted entering the final straight. ALLEGRO PAYTON (6) - hampered entering the final straight becoming tightened between runners making contact for a distance. FORD MAN (7) - bumped first turn then contacted from behind. Dictated wider rounding the bend. PLATINUM SPIRIT (8) - slow away. Contact back straight. Checked first turn and awkwardly placed on heels for a distance shifting out.
Race 5	Terminating Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	REACT RESPOND (1) - steadied when tightened first turn. Shifted out off heels rounding the bend into the back straight. OPAWA JADE (2) - bumped after the start. Contact for a distance rounding the first turn. BOYKA (3) - bumped after the start losing ground. Forced wider rounding the bend in to the back straight.
