Wanganui GRC - 7th October 2020

1). Public Trainer Mrs Dayze Bell was spoken to by the Stewards during the course of the race meeting regarding a breach of GRNZ's dress code policy. After hearing from Mrs Bell no further action was deemed necessary.

Race 1	WELCOME TO HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	ALLEGRO OLIVE (4) - forced to check out over heels into the bend coming together jostling with IDOL LUCY for some strides onto the top bend. IDOL LUCY (5) - contact and pushed wide onto the top bend becoming unbalanced for several strides. MY BENTLEY (6) - dictated outwards for several strides in the run to the bend and checked to avoid heels. HOMEBUSH SUSAN (8) - dwelt at the jump angled across to the rail into the bend. In the run down the home straight she appeared to turn her head outwards for some strides in the run to the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. On further review of the run up the home straight the head on film was inconclusive and the Stewards did not proceed with a charge.
Race 2	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C1 - C1 - 305	BUTTER CHURN was a late scratching off track. HOMEBUSH JENNIA (1) - severely tightened and checked contacting the rail into the bend. Was tightened in onto BIGTIME HANNAH in the latter stages to the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. DOUBLE WHAT (2) - severely tightened between runners for several strides in the run to the bend ALLEGRO LINCOLN (3) - angled inwards into the bend severely tightening runners to his inner. BIGTIME HANNAH (4) - tightened and checked back soon after the start checked again and wen inwards contacting the rail into the bend. She was unable to clear heels in the run to the home turn and was tightened and checked again in the latter stages to the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	ALAMEIN STRYDA was a late scratching off track. OPAWA JODY (2) - tightened and checked into the bend losing ground. BIG TIME FLASH (4) - angled across into the bend tightening runners to her inner. DOTTIE BELL (10/3) - tightened and checked back from between runners into the bend. Ran wide and was unbalanced for a stride or so tuning into the home straight.
Race 4	AON CPF INSURANCE C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	BIGTIME SAM (2) - tightened checked and unbalanced when forced into tight quarters racing into the bend. SHAMROCK GREEN (4) - away well early stages severely tightened and checked into the bend losing momentum and ground back to the rear and was referred to the vet was found to have a split webbing on the right hind. OPAWA TROY (5) - bumped at the start ran onto heels and checked as runners came back into the bend. Was checked again on the top bend as ALAMEIN GRAEME angled in across his line. ZARA CHEEBEE (7) - angled across and was checked and unbalanced when catching hindquarters into the bend BIG TIME TATUM (8) - angled across in the run to the bend severely tightening and checking SHAMROCK GREEN to his inner. ALAMEIN GRAEME (10/6) - bumped at the start angled across into the bend running onto heels and was clipped from behind and unbalanced for a stride or so.
Race 5	AVENUE KINGSGATE HOTEL C5 - C5 - 305	SEDGEBROOK LOVER (1) - bumped and jostled in the run towards the bend when attempting to push outwards. He was pushed back inwards into the bend and was checked nearing the home turn when forced to abruptly check off heels. BIGTIME LEO (2) - led out faltered on the home turn losing ground and was referred to the vet and was found to have a tear to the left triceps muscle. BIG TIME BILLIE (3) - checked coming off the mats as LIFE IS GOOD ran inwards. LIFE IS GOOD (4) - ran inwards bumping into BIG TIME BILLIE coming off the mats then angled outwards across heels bumping with FREE THINKER into the bend contact with FREE THINKER on the home turn. ALLEGRO WILL (5) - tightened jostled and checked between runners for some strides in the run to the bend and was unable to clear heels for some strides in the onto the top bend. FREE THINKER (8) - bumped into the bend and dictated wide. Bumped again on the home turn when racing out wide.
Race 6	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	IDOL LITTLE GIRL was a late scratching pre kenneling. GO LADYBIRD (2) - soon after the start ran out across heels then angled inwards into the bend coming back off heels running onto the hind of IDOL ZIGGY checking losing ground she was referred to the vet and was found to have mild pain left hind hock. BIGTIME MACI (6) - pushed inwards across the line of GO LADYBIRD racing into the bend. IDOL ZIGGY (7) - angled across into the bend pushing BIGTIME MACI in to the line of GO LADYBIRD resulting in this runner running onto her hind unbalancing him for a stride or so.
Race 7	FIRST SECURITY C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BIG TIME ROCKET (2) - tightened and forced to check out over heels into BIG TIME KOBE racing around the first turn as JILLIBY SOPHIA cut in across his line. WIFI INGA (3) - tightened and checked into the first turn as runners came back resulting in her running into the hind of BIG TIME HARPER. BIG TIME HARPER (5) - checked into the first turn when running onto heels and going back onto WIFI INGA. BIG TIME KOBE (7) - contact and unbalanced losing momentum and ground racing into the first turn. YOUNG DUMB BROKE (8) - checked and ran extremely wide into the first turn.
Race 8	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C3 - C3 - 305	HYPOTHETICAL (1) - hampered when moving outwards and was clipped from behind and checked racing onto the top bend. MY PABLO (2) - in the run to the bend he was tightened between runners for several strides. ALAMEIN FELIX (3) - tightened and checked into the bend running onto heels and checking out wide into the bend. YARN SISTER (6) - severely tightened and checked back from between runners racing into the bend was then checked again an forced to abruptly run wide onto the top bend. ELUSIVE ALIBI (8) - angled across into the bend causing tightening and checks to runners and to himself racing into the top bend.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	BUDDY LOADED (4) - hampered in the run to the first turn when bumped and pushed inwards and jostled for a couple of strides. NOVO OLLIE (5) - dictated across and tightened between runners into the first turn some strides on he ran onto heels checking back losing momentum and ground. CLASSIC RAPPER (8) - angled across to the first turn tightening runners to his inner for several strides.
Race 10	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C0/1D - C1d - 645	BIG TIME BABY (1) - fav- tightened and jostled for some strides in the run to the home straight on the first occasion. BIG TIME MAC (2) - soon after the start he bumped and pushed inwards onto BIG TIME BABY tightening and jostling this runner for some strides. RACE ME HOME (3) - soon after the start he was bumped and jostled and pushed across onto heels checking back towards the rear. Was contacting DERRY BLUES as balanced up. He bumped and jostled with DERRY BLUES for some strides into the home straight on the first occasionand was bumped again as they raced out of the home straight. DERRY BLUES (5) - began awkwardly and was unbalanced as he came off the mats and was checked as BIG TIME ODETTE cut across. He was then tightened and checked back from between runners and bumped and jostled with RACE ME HOME for some strides into the home straight on the first occasion and bumped again with this runner racing out of the home straight. DOUBLE THAT (6) - checked racing off the mats. Unbalanced for a couple of strides racing into the home straight on the first occasion. was referred to the vet and was found to have a lesion to stopper pad left fore. BIG TIME ODETTE (7) - angled across soon after the start running into BIG TIME MAC and going back onto DERRY BLUES.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	BIG TIME DUSTY (1) - hampered nearing the bend as YASAWA LIGHTS improved and was pushed into his shoulder going sideways for a couple of strides. YASAWA LIGHTS (2) - missed the jump improved up into the body of the field and was pressured inwards coming together with BIG TIME DUSTY losing her balance tripping falling to the track. She recovered to her paws to finish onto the lure and was referred to the vet and was found to have a slightly bleeding nail D5 left hind. BIG TIME BEAT (4) - hampered for some distance in the run to the bend when checking as he attempted to clear heels. BIG TIME LORNA (5) - hampered racing into the bend when tightened in onto YASAWA LIGHTS who went back onto her heels momenterily. SO SEVERE (6) - angled across into the bend tightening runners to his inner for some strides. BIGTIME STELLA (10/7) - soon after the start she cut across in between runners and was hampered when forced to hurdle a falling runner into the bend and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	BIG TIME LEBRON (2) - soon after the start bumped with and came out off GIRRAFE CLUB onto the shoulder of BIG TIME TINA and jostled becoming awkwardly placed coming back off heels and unbalanced entering the bend. RUNNING FREER (4) - tightened between runners and checked back catching heels and hindquarters losing momentum and ground racing into the bend. BIG TIME TINA (5) - hampered in the run to the bend when tightened and checked back gong back onto RUNNING FREER and became unbalanced for few strides. EYE FAR (6) - angled inwards in the run to the bend tightening runners to his inner for some strides.
