Connections advised that MALLORCA (T & L Craik), which sustained a fractured right radius, had undergone surgery and would now be retired from racing.

Shifted out off heels final bend making contact for a distance becoming unbalanced. Contact final straight. FORD MAN (2) - contacted for a distance final bend and forced wider. ASCOTT (3) - bumped for several strides after the start. Collided entering the first turn. Shifted in final straight making contact. JUST WILLIAM (4) - bumped for several strides after the start. Collided entering the first turn losing ground. MY BRO BOBBY (5) - collided entering the first turn. HOW'S THE ENEMY (6) - slow away then faltered soon after taking no competitive part in the event. Veterinary examination revealed torn insertion of right gracilis, a laceration above left fore stopper pad and a cut over left hind forth toe with a 42 day stand down imposed. HOW'S THE ENEMY will be required to complete a satisfactory trial prior to resuming. THRILLING TUCKER (7) - began awkwardly losing ground. Raced wide. Inconvenienced concluding stages getting dictated inwards then steadied.
Race 2	Garrards Horse & Hound Sprint - C1 - 375	FLYING HUEY (1) - tightened making contact concluding stages. NOISE MAKER (2) - collided start. Contacted from behind concluding stages. MITCHAM GREG (3) - tightened making contact start then hampered losing ground. Tightened first turn becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail. Shifted in across heels concluding stages. ALL DAY LONG (4) - collided start then hampered losing ground. Steadied off heels first turn shifting out making contact. BIGTIME OTIS (5) - slow away then checked. Collided first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. SHAMBI'S GIRL (6) - slow away then checked. Collided first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. JINJA LAD (7) - tightened start and dictated inwards making contact losing ground. Collided first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. SIROCCO (8) - angled in abruptly after the start tightening inside runners making contact on several occasions. Shifted in making contact first turn. Angled in concluding stages making contact.
Race 3	Vetora Cambridge Sprint - C1 - 375	MARGAUX (2) - bumped back straight. GO FALCON (3) - collided back straight. INDI SHAE (4) - tightened between runners making contact back straight losing ground and shifting out colliding with CARL SPACKLER. PLATINUM SPIRIT (5) - bumped after the start. Collided back straight. Gave ground final straight. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Connections advised PLATINUM SPIRIT had struggled with the distance and will only be nominated for shorter events in future. Connections will advise of this runners progress in coming days. CARL SPACKLER (6) - slow away then bumped losing ground. Hampered back straight. Raced wide. ALLEGRO SKYE (7) - bumped entering the first turn. PORTLAND DREAM (8) - bumped entering the first turn.
Race 4	Farmlands CopRice Sprint - C3/4 - 375	SPRING CESC (1) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start. Bumped first turn. THRILLING PEGGY (2) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start. Collided several strides first turn. Jostled concluding stages. SPRING MECHANIC (3) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start. Collided several strides first turn losing ground going back into the line of MEDUSA WHO. MEDUSA WHO (4) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start losing ground. Contact first turn then checked across heels. KELLY'S GIRL (5) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start becoming badly unbalanced losing ground. Contact first turn. Veterinary examination revealed a spike wound to right hind medial webbing with a 10 day stand down imposed. BOTANY THOMMO (6) - shifted in after the start making contact for a distance. Contacted hindquarters first turn shifting in onto KELLY'S GIRL. DIGNITY DENTED (7) - jostled concluding stages. DOBBY WHO (8) - slow away. Contact first turn.
Race 5	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C2 - 375	SEVEN SHARP (1) - tightened making contact for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. FROSTY BLAZE (2) - began awkwardly becoming unbalanced then contacted. EDDIE HEMI (4) - contact several occasions after the start. Collided for a distance entering the first turn losing ground. WAITERIMU RIPPER (5) - contact after the start. CANADIAN ACE (6) - tightened and checked start losing ground. PICCOLO (7) - angled in start.
Race 6	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	MARKED MAN (1) - contact for a distance first turn getting tightened onto the running rail losing ground going back into the line of OUR RICK. Checked final bend becoming tightened to the inside of THRILLING RAZOR, which shifted in, contacting this runners hindquarters shifting out across heels and going amiss. Veterinary examination revealed a fractured right hock with a 90 day stand down imposed. MARKED MAN will be required to trial prior to racing again. CAPTAIN KEV (2) - contact for a distance first turn. DOES HE EXIST (3) - bumped first turn. Collided final bend then steadied off heels. Tightened concluding stages. SPORTS MODE (4) - bumped early in the final straight. CHARLOW (5) - contact start. Bumped early in the final straight. OUR RICK (7) - contact start losing ground. Checked first turn getting on heels losing ground. THRILLING RAZOR (8) - contact start losing ground. Contact first turn shifting wider. Shifted in rounding the bend into the line of MARKED MAN. Shifted out making contact final straight. SILENCI (9/6) - contact start then inconvenienced back straight getting dictated wider. Collided final bend. Hampered final straight.
Race 7	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Stakes - C1/2 - 457	There was a slight delay to the start of this event due to a trackside camera falling over. THEA WHO (2) - slow away. Tightened making contact for a distance back straight becoming unbalanced losing ground. Checked rounding the bend shifting out. BUGSY BROWN (3) - collided back straight. GO HOME DUKE (4) - slow away. Con tact for a distance back straight becoming badly unbalanced losing ground. MY SNUGGLES (5) - collided back straight. Bumped first turn. Collided rounding the bend. Tired rounding the bend. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right triceps with a 14 day stand down imposed. Connections advised MY SNUGGLES would be racing over shorter distances for immediate future racing. KAPAI CHRIS (6) - slow away. Shifted out across heels back straight. Raced wide throughout. KAPAI STEWIE (8) - slow away. Brief contact from behind back straight. Bumped back straight then shifted in across heels first turn. Collided rounding the bend.
