Race 1	Follow Auckland GRC on Facebook Sprint - C1 - 318	MALLORCA (1) - began awkwardly. Fell to the track after checking outwards off the heels of STARBURST ALBY and onto the heels of TANGO MISS rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have sustained a fractured right radius. This was stabilised and painkillers administered with a 60 day stand down imposed and the requirement to complete a satisfactory trial. Co-trainer Tracey Craik advised the greyhound would be presented for further treatment to her private Veterinarian. Stewards will follow up the progress of ths greyhound in the coming days. STARBURST ALBY (4) - lost momentum when checked from behind rounding the bend. TANGO MISS (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Dragged down rounding the bend and fell to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian stood down where it was reported to lame on flexion of its right metatarsophalangeal joints. SNOOPY'S HERO (7) - placed in restricted room early stages. Fell to the track briefly when checked by the falling TANGO MISS. Referred to the Veterinarian stood down for 5 days a a precaution. JUST NIA (8) - shifted down the track early stages placing pressure on inside runners.
Race 2	Jo's Wholesale & Sports Bar Taipa Tavern Sprint - C2 - 318	BOTANY SANDY (1) - jostled with BEAU BEAU in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room rounding the bend checking off the heels of LOOKING SNATCHED. ALWAYS DREAMING (3) - severely checked and fell to the track entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was found to have a left hind split webbing and pain in its left tricep. HIT ZONE (4) - slow early PORTLAND ART (5) - checked from behind entering the bend losing momentum. BEAU BEAU (6) - checked inwards off heels early stages jostling with BOTANY SANDY in the run to the bend. MY SNUGGLES (8) - terminally checked by the falling ALWAYS DREAMING entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. LOOKING SNATCHED (9/2) - placed in restricted room entering the bend checking outwards off heels and into the running line of ALWAYS DREAMING.
Race 3	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	SADOWSKI (1) - jostled with SMASH OUT in the run to the bend. SMASH OUT (2) - jostled with SADOWSKI in the run to the bend. Jostled with BIGTIME CUTIE exiting the bend and again briefly in the run home. LITTLE MERMAID (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. PLATINUM SPIRIT (5) - boxed first. Placed in restricted room early stages having to check and lose ground. BIGTIME CUTIE (6) - bumped with SMASH OUT prior to the bend before being placed in tight quarters when being crossed by SHERLOCK SQUASH. Jostled with SMASH OUT exiting the bend and again briefly in the run home. RAINY RIVER (7) - awkwardly positioned to the outside of PLATINUM SPIRIT in the run to the bend losing momentum for a stride. SHERLOCK SQUASH (8) - hindquarters raced on for a stride when crossing in front of BIGTIME CUTIE entering the bend.
Race 4	MPS Fencing Stakes - C0 - 527	MY BRO JET (2) - inconvenienced first bend. HURRY FLURRY (4) - lost ground when placed on heels first bend causing an inconvenience to MY BRO JET. OPAWA JADE (5) - awkwardly placed on heels early stages. BAD BRO BAD (6) - awkwardly positioned on the heels of HURRY FLURRY final bend. XENA POPPY (7) - jostled with LOUDRED exiting the final bend. LOUDRED (8) - began awkwardly. Jostled with XENA POPPY exiting the final bend.
Race 5	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group Sprint - C1 - 318	OPAWA DONAL (1) - jostled with SHAMBI'S GIRL early stages. SHAMBI'S GIRL (2) - jostled with OPAWA DONAL early stages before being placed in restricted room and having to check. Coursed wide through the run home after checking off the heels of OPAWA DONAL. ALLEGRO SKYE (4) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend when being crossed by DUNDEE SPECTRE. Hampered by SHAMBI'S GIRL exiting the bend. SMASH BURTON (5) - placed on heels prior to the bend. Hampered entering the bend. Collided with BIG TIME LENNY exiting the bend. INDI SHAE (6) - collided with BIG TIME LENNY on jumping. BIG TIME LENNY (7) - collided with INDI SHAE on jumping. Contacted by SMASH BUTTON exiting the bend. CARL SPACKLER (9/3) - lost ground when awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend.
Race 6	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C2 - 318	IT'S COMPLICATED (2) - placed awkwardly on heels rounding the bend. PACEMAKER (3) - shifted ground outwards across heels entering the final straight. KURIDRANI (4) - checked from behind entering the bend. THRILLING ARNOLD (5) - collided with SOVEREIGN PRIDE early stages. Hampered entering the bend. TRIBAL CONQUEST (6) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. SOVEREIGN PRIDE (7) - boxed first.Collided with THRILLING ARNOLD early stages. Lost momentum when climbing on heels entering the bend.
Race 7	Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C3 - 318	EXPRESS EMPORIUM (2) - bumped shoulders with PLISKOVA on jumping. PLISKOVA (3) - bumped shoulders with EXPRESS EMPORIUM on jumping. IT'S A LAUGH (4) - lost ground when positioned on heels in the run to the bend. Lost further ground when again placed on heels entering the bend. Held up for racing room rounding the bend. KELLY'S GIRL (6) - shouldered briefly with MEDUSA WHO on jumping. Lost ground when obligated to check off heels entering the bend. MEDUSA WHO (7) - shouldered briefly with KELLY'S GIRL on jumping.
Race 8	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Stakes - C1 - 527	THEA WHO (2) - lost ground when inconvenienced by outside greyhounds entering the first bend. KAI NAN (3) - began awkwardly. Checked and lost ground first bend. HOW'S THE ENEMY (4) - placed in restricted room early stages. Collided with MITCHAM GREG prior to the first bend. Jostled with this runner rounding the first bend before being obligated to check off the heels of MY KIRSTY. MITCHAM GREG (7) - collided with HOW'S THE ENEMY prior to the first bend. Jostled with this runner rounding the first bend losing ground.
Race 9	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C1/2 - 527	Not all films were available for the purpose of reporting this race due to a technical malfunction. Due to this the all clear was delayed several minutes. GET ME HOME (1) - obliged to check off heels first turn. OPAWA BIG (2) - checked and lost ground entering the first bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. GO ANGEL (8) - checked entering the first bend. Hampered first bend. HAPPY MEDIUM (9/7) - awkwardly placed on heels early stages. Hampered entering the first bend.
Race 10	Carol's TAB Taipa Tavern Stakes - C3/4 - 527	DOBBY WHO (1) - bumped with SPRING MACHANIC first bend. JINJA JAY (2) - hind quarters raced on early stages. GLOW UP (5) - jostled with GAO GAO entering the first bend. SPRING MECHANIC (6) - shifted down the track early stages brushing with the hind quarters of JINJA JAY. Bumped with DOBBY WHO first bend. Race 12	Sportsbowl Function Centre Sprint - C1 - 318	MY BRO BOBBY (3) - contacted from the outside early stages. Held up for racing room rounding the bend. Climbed on the heels of GAIN CAPITAL entering the final straight when attempting a marginal run. GAIN CAPITAL (4) - checked form behind entering the final straight. ALLEGRO PAYTON (5) - turned inwards early stages when racing to the inside of ALL DAY LONG. ALL DAY LONG (6) - placed in restricted room early stages being obligated to check off heels and collide with MY BRO BOBBY. Hampered for a stride upon entering the final straight.
