Judicial report: 1). PUNTERS A HERO (J & D Fahey) - application was made to have this greyhound re examined by the on course Veterinarian after being a late scratching at the Southland GRC's meeting on the 16th July 2020. This examination found the Greyhound to be free of injury and the stand down imposed cancelled. Urine samples were taken from this greyhound at the direction of Stewards for the purpose of ensuring it was free of pain killers and anti - inflammatories at the time of examination.

2). ZIPPING BOSTON (A Roberts) - completed a Satisfactory Trial as required.

Got on heels of HOMEBUSH KIAN entering back straight losing momentum. Ran inwards back straight tightening runners. COOL HAND LESTER (4) - slow to jump. BIG TINY (5) - tightened by ALL UNITE back straight losing ground. GOLDSTAR BEAU (7) - pushed wide first bend. Held up leaving back straight losing ground. HOMEBUSH KIAN (8) - slow to jump. Dragged down by ALL UNITE for a stride entering back straight losing momentum.
Race 4	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C1 - 295	CRYSTAL CANDY (2) - ran outwards in the straights. HOMEBUSH CAPTAIN (3) - tightened by DAPPER DANNY into bend losing ground. BOUND UP (4) - held up into bend losing momentum. DAPPER DANNY (5) - ran inwards into bend tightening HOMEBUSH CAPTAIN.
Race 5	mayhounds.org.nz Rehoming Group Stakes - C1 - 520	MEATLOAF (1) - slow to jump. USAIN BALE (2) - slow to jump. FINAL AFFAIR (3) - tightened by MAKING NEWS into first bend and ran outwards checking AIN'T HE LUCKY. Raced wide home straight. MAKING NEWS (4) - ran inwards into first bend tightening FINAL AFFAIR. MULBERRY MINX (3) - tightened into bend contacting CRYSTAL CINDI and turning that runner sideways. ELITE BLUEBLOOD (4) - tightened into bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR FLORA (7) - ran inwards into bend causing tightening to inside runners. PARINGI PAM (8) - last on jumping.
Race 7	Islington Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295	AUTO SPEED (R Adcock) was a late scratching at kenneling with groin soreness. ROSIES CHOICE (1) - badly tightened into bend and brushed rail dropping to last. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. JUST STAGGER (2) - tightened by HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT into bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (3) - ran inwards into bend tightening inside runners. TONKAWA (5) - last to jump. HOMEBUSH POPPY (8) - ran wide final bend.
Race 8	My Redeemer Distance - C1d - 645	GOLDSTAR MAUNEY (1) - weakened badly home straight. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. KNOW ANXIETY (2) - tightened early stages dropping to rear. Remained a clear last throughout. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. TRANSLATION (4) - tightened early stages dropping to rear. GOLDSTAR DAWSON (5) - tightened by GOLDSTAR YANKEE first bend the ran wide for a distance. GOLDSTAR YANKEE (8) - ran inwards first bend tightening GOLDSTAR DAWSON.

Ran inwards leaving back straight tightening HUSTLE ACE. MR BLACKJACK (2) - contacted RIPSLINGER ROXY early stages. Held up leaving back straight losing momentum. RIPSLINGER ROXY (3) - contacted MR BLACKJACK early stages. Checked outwards off heels in run to first bend. HUSTLE ACE (5) - contacted BLACK STOCKINGS early stages.
