Weather: Fine
Track: Good Track was presented in a very good racing condition being well maintained throughout the meeting. Equipment operated well ( sprint boxes refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil.

Judicial report: 1- Supplementary Palmerston North greyhounds 7-7-2020 J T McInerney fine under rule 40.3 has been recinded after further information was received by the Stewards and and replaced with a warning under rule 19.11 for nominating on consecutive days.

2- G & S Fredrickson applied to the Stewards to have the endorsement cancelled under rule 55.7 after MISS POTENTIAL has completed 10 clear runs.

3- N Udy advised Stewards that BOMBSHELL BLONDE has been retired from racing.

4- Race 3 lids failed to open as lure ran past -all dogs removed from boxes and vetted clear for a re start - this did not put the meeting behind and it concluded on time.

5 All further sprint races were hand started for the remainder of the programme.

6- The Club will have an electrician to look in to the starting mechanism of the 305 boxes before the next meeting.

Race 1	Remembering Mark Buckley (Buckles) C5 - C5 - 305	BIG TIME PLUTO (2) - racing from the start was tightened and jostled between runners for some distance in to the bend. ALLEGRO FERN (3) - racing from the start was caught between runners being tightened and checked coming back off heels and was unable to clear runners. until the top bend. MISS POTENTIAL (4) - racing in the body of the field when tightened and jostled then forced back racing in to the bend and was jostled when contacted on to the top bend ALLEGRO WILL (6) - dwelt and was last in to stride ran on to heels and checked racing to the bend forced to race widest in to the bend covering extra ground in the running. BIG TIME FLASH (8) - attempted to angle inwards in to the bend tightening and jostling with runners to her inner for some strides in to the bend
Race 2	Palamountain's Scientific Nutrition C4/C5 - C4/5 - 520	NOVO OLLIE (2) - slow in to stride settled back and wide in to the first turn improved and bumped with BIGTIME ARCHIE in to the back straight BIG TIME SETH (3) - racing handy on the inner to the first turn when tightened and checked recovered quickly to finish best in the run to the line. BIG TIME MAC (5) - tightened and checked in to the first turn then raced in tight quarters before angling extremely wide in to the back straight BIGTIME ARCHIE (7) - awkwardly placed racing in to the first turn contact in to the back straight settled in the rear came back off heels and made hard contact with the rail soon after the start a veterinary examination found BIGTIME BRODY (8) - heading for the lead to the first turn angled across severely tightening several runners to his inner.
Race 3	www.racingtips.co.nz C3 - C3 - 305	The lids failed to open as the lure went past- all runners were taken out of the boxes and vetted all runners cleared for a restart with the race being started 4 minutes past the scheduled time. JUSTA GIFT (2) - contact soon after the start and jostled for some strides when attempting to angle outwards settled midfield on the inner unable to make ground to the line. BIGTIME HONEY (3) - racing from the start was tightened between runners and jostled for some strides ran wide and on to heels on the top bend finished in the rear at the line. SOZIN'S DELIGHT (4) - angled across soon after the jump tightening runners to his inner and jostling for some strides in the run to the bend. MA CHERE (5) - jostled and pushed outwards for some strides in the run to the bend was then able to angle down to the rail and made good ground to the line. BIG TIME CLARE (6) - dictated inwards from the jump and was jostled for some strides in the run to the bend. CRIMINAL JUSTICE (7) - jumped well angled across dictating BIG TIME CLARE over and jostled this runner for some strides to the bend.
Race 4	Aon Insurance Heat 1 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	CHIC IN TIME was a late scratching due to a seasonal complaint. DYNA BRYLEIGH (4) - soon after the start was jostled between runners was pushed across and checked in to the first turn settled back drifted from the home turn finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities . GRAY BALE (7) - angled across to the first turn tightening DYNA BRYLEIGH inwards checking this runner .
Race 5	CPF Insurance Heat 2 C1 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	EYE KNO (2) - contact in to the first turn settled handy weakened across the top bend finishing in the rear at the line. BIG TIME TRAE (4) - soon after the start was bumped and unbalanced for a stride or so improved wider in to the back straight made ground across the top bend to the line. BIGTIME DIESEL (6) - angled across from the jump tightening runners to his inner for several strides hampered for a couple of strides racing in to the first turn when avoiding heels settled midfield unable to improve to the line. GOLDSTAR HADLEE (8) - slow away settled back hampered in the run in to the first turn when pushed wide and held up when looking to clear heels improving from the rear when had to abruptly check out over heels on the home turn losing momentum.
Race 6	First Security C2 - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH MANDY (1) - angled outwards soon after the start raced widest in to the bend made some ground to the line. ALLEGRO KYLE (2) - went up with the lids settled back checked in to the bend when running on to heels and contact with the runner ahead and was held up for some strides when unable to find room to improve across the bend . LIGHT CRUISER (3) - bumped soon after the start crowded tightened and checked and jostled racing in to the bend came back off heels soon after losing ground was unable to improve to the line. TRUE TESTAMENT (5) - crowded in the midfield and checked losing momentum racing in to the bend jostled racing on to the top bend made ground to the line. MAHALA BAY (7) - imroving to get handy when dictated across and checked racing in to the bend losing momentum and was unable to improve to the line. GIRAFFE CLUB (8) - angled across towards the bend tightening and causing checks to several runners to his inner.
Race 7	Book Your Table @ Hatrick C2 - C2 - 520	BIGTIME ALFIE (2) - ran outwards from the jump tightening JAY MIKE went sideways and unbalanced for a stride ran on to heels and checked outwards in to the first turn and was held up between runners for some strides around the turn settled back and wide in to the back straight was unable to get in to contention there after. JAY MIKE (3) - tightened and checked racing from the start settled back hampered for a stride or so racing in to the first turn unable to improve to the line. BIGTIME BENJI (4) - ran inwards from the jump contacting runner to his inner. DAPPER RAPPER (5) - crowded and checked racing in to the first turn then checked off heels losing ground finished in to midfield at the line. BIG TIME ROCKET (7) - angled across in to the bend bumping and jostling with runner to his inner for several strides. GRUNTY MAMA (8) - racing to the first turn angled in between runners to the rail hampering runners to the inner settled midfield made good ground to the line.
Race 8	Kernow Construction Distance Feature - C2d - 645	BIGTIME ROD (2) - soon after the start ran on to heels angled over them running in to BUDDY LOADED checking this runner and forcing him extremely wide in to the home straight on their first occasion then ducked back down towards the rail checking RICH LISTER settled back and was unable to make ground there after. RICH LISTER (6) - missed the jump and last in to stride by several lengths checked in to the home straight on the first occasion was unable to get in to contention there after. BUDDY LOADED (7) - checked and forced extremely wide in to the home straight on the first occasion and raced wide for some distance attempted to improve along the back straight making some ground to the line.
Race 9	Wanganui Toyota C2 - C2 - 305	DINO THE FOX (1) - settled behind the pace in the run around the bend couldn't quicken in the run to the line. IDOL ZIGGY (5) - fav- dwelt and was last in to stride angle to the rail in to the bend was unable to find clear room to improve once in the clear was made ground in to the midfield at the line. GO ALL LIN (8) - forced to race wide improved to get handy across the top bend effort told in the run to the line.
Race 10	Accell Leading The Way In Canine Therapy C3/C4 - C3/4 - 520	FIFI (3) - awkwardly away for a stride or so settled back hampered racing around the first turn when checked and was unable to clear runners ahead for some strides losing ground and was unable to get in to contention there after. KONGS OUT AGAIN (4) - crowed and tightened and checked racing in to the first turn losing momentum and ground when clear of other runners made some ground to the line. BIGTIME DAISY (5) - severely hampered when tightened jostled and checked racing in to the first turn losing momentum and ground was unable to improve there after. CLASSIC RAPPER (6) - attempting to improve around racing racing around the first turn when bumped and jostled for some strides losing momentum and ground was unable to make ground there after finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 11	Adept Accountants C3 - C3 - 305	PACEMAKER (1) - away well handy in the early running contact and checked in to the bend losing momentum checking out over heels racing wide there after a veterinary examination found pain an slight tearing right deltoid muscle MOTHER'S TOUCH (2) - away well racing handy in to the bend then checked over heels on to the top bend losing momentum and ground ran extremely wide when improving in to the home straight finishing in the midfield at the line. BIG TIME MARLISA (3) - ran outwards from the jump bumping with SEDGEBROOK SALLY for a stride or so then straightened to angled down to the rail around the bend finished best in the run to the line. SEDGEBROOK SALLY (5) - bumped soon after the start went back angled across to the rail in to the bend and checked back off heels losing ground could not improve to the line. RUNNING FREER (6) - dwelt and was slow in to stride angled across in to the bend and gained a clear run along to inner making good ground to the line. GO ASH (7) - in the run to the bend angled across in between runners causing himself to be checked losing momentum made some ground to the home turn could not finish on from there.
Race 12	See You @ Hatrick Next Week C4 - C4 - 305	ARTICULATOR (4) - slowest in to stride checked in to the bend losing momentum hampered slightly in to the home staright when out of contention. WIFI BOLT (5) - became unbalanced wider out racing in to the bend was able to keep his ground racing wide around the bend in to the home straight finishing on in the run to the line. BIG TIME FROSTY (6) - soon after the start was tightened between runners and checked back checked and came back off heels running wide in to the bend losing momentum and ground contact in to the home straight when out of contention. SUB TWENTY THREE (7) - ran inwards from the jump tightening and jostling with runners to his inner angled across between runners in to the bend and was checked when contacted in the hind quarters losing momentum tightened between runners and checked in to the home straight when out of contention.
