Judicial report:

1) - Race 11 was declared a no race due to a lure malfunction rounding the final bend. All runners were checked by the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. The lure was replaced and tested to satisfaction prior to race 12.

2) - LITTLE MERMAID (race 12) stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure.

MOBILITY SCOOTER (4) - tightened and bumped back straight. Contact rounding the bend. ISN'T SHE BLISS (6) - bumped back straight. Collided first turn. RAINY RIVER (8) - collided first turn. Checked entering the final straight getting on heels. TANGO MISS (9/2) - collided first turn. Shifted out into the line of RAINY RIVER entering the final straight. REACT RESPOND (10/7) - slow away.
