• This meeting was run under Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid - 19 protocols.

1- Trainer I Howe was fined $ 100- 00 minor infringement rule ( 45.11 ) after CHAT YA LATER # 6 race 3 was down 2.0 kgs from his last race start on 12-5-2020.

2- The connections of SMALL TIME JOHNNY have advised the Stewards that he has been retired from after today's meeting.

Race 1	Book Your Function @ Hatrick C0 - C0 - 305	WIFI FLEE (1) - bumped at the start as HARDCORE JET went to angle across HARDCORE JET (2) - contact at the start being running outwards on to BIG TIME CAMILLA quickly back in to stride settled handy couldn't finish off in the run to the line. BIG TIME CAMILA (3) - bumped racing off the mats ran outwards angled inwards in to the bend could not make ground in the run to the line. ALAMEIN PUDLY (6) - dwelt at the jump settled back was unable to improve in the running. ALLEGRO TIGGER (7) - raced wide and handy throughout. HURRICANE AYLA (9/5) - box first today -jumped well raced handy to the bend ran wide thereafter losing ground finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 2	Adept Accountants C0 - C0 - 305	PAVING WAY (2) - hampered for a stride or so racing in to the bend. MY EMMETT (5) - came together and bumped with JACK MARJEN soon after the start losing momentum and ground ran wide in to the bend bumping with JACK MARJEN again was unable to make ground thereafter. WIFI SOPHIE (6) - leading in to the home straight when contacted from behind losing some momentum and a couple of lengths. JACK MARJEN (7) - angled across from the jump bumping in to MY EMMETT losing momentum and ground was bumped racing in to the bend racing wide unable to make ground thereafter. ALLEGRO PIPPA (8) - improved on to the hindquarters of WIFI SOPHIE checked herself and this runner as they turned for home was going strongly enough to keep her momentum to finish on best to the line.
Race 3	Laser Plumbing Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 305	RAINING SIXES (2) - angled outwards from the jump running in to the shoulder of HYPOTHETICAL then was jostled for some strides racing in to the bend settled midfield weakened in the run to the line. HYPOTHETICAL (4) - ran inwards from the jump coming together with RAINING SIXES and jostling losing momentum and some ground back towards the rear after racing wide was unable to improve thereafter. CHAT YA LATER (6) - checked in to the bend losing ground was unable to improve thereafter. THRILLING IVY (7) - fav- settled handy on the outer improved towards the lead nearing the home turn where she ran wide losing her advantage and several lengths.
Race 4	CPF Insurance C0 - C0 - 305	TRUDY REMARKABLE (2) - angled outwards and bumped soon after the start crowded between runners in to the bend ran outwards and when looking to improve was dictated widest in the run to the home turn . HARDCORE KYLIE (3) - began awkwardly then angled outwards across the face of CAVE WITCH was jostled for some strides racing in to the bend was able to keep a handy position in the running. CAVE WITCH (4) - checked racing from the start going back to the rear made very good ground along the inner to finish in to 3rd placing at the line. BOOT CAMP TIARA (5) - angled across from the jump and was crowded and jostled for some strides checked and lost ground in to the bend made good ground thereafter in the run to the line. OH MISS JORDIE (6) - went up with the lids checked and unbalanced racing in to the bend made some ground to the line. IDOL ANDY (7) - fav- handy towards the bend when attempting to angle across was badly tightened and checked losing momentum and ground back to the rear made good ground to the line. HARDCORE BRUTE (8) - angled across in to the bend checking runners to his inner and causing himself to check run wide losing ground and finished in the rear at the line.
Race 5	Member's $12 Roast @ Hatrick On Friday's C0 - C0 - 520	WIT AND WISDOM (2) - was bumped and jostled racing in to the first turn then angled out over heels checking following runner was able to make good ground thereafter. ALFIE DAMAN (3) - dwelt and was slow in to stride angled outwards bumping in to DERRY BLUES ran widest around the first turn raced wide thereafter covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running. THAT'S FRANK (4) - jumped away well came back off heels racing to the first turn soon after stumbled when catching the heels of WIT AND WISDOM racing around the first turn dropping back finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found pain in the left fore carpal bone area. DERRY BLUES (7) - dwelt and was slow in to stride was then bumped as ALFIE DAMAN ran outwards and lost momentum settled back was unable to get in to contention thereafter.
Race 6	Palamountain's Scientific Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME COCO (3) - racing to the bend was bumped outwards across the line of IDOL ZIGGY both dogs bumping and lost ground was unable to get back in to contention. COOL WOLF (5) - jumped well then attempted to angle inwards was pushed outwards soon after was severely checked racing to the bend ran widest thereafter losing all chance finishing in the rear at the line. IDOL ZIGGY (6) - dwelt at the jump was then dictated outwards for some strides then severely checked and lost losing momentum and ground in to the bend did make some ground in the run to the line. BIG TIME ROCKET (7) - fav- missed the jump dictated and bumped racing to the bend recovered good ground thereafter to the line.
Race 7	Kernow Construction C1 - C1 - 305	IDOL WILSON (4) - soon after the start was bumped and jostled for several strides raced in the midfield thereafter. ZARA FAB (6) - went up with the lids was then bumped inwards and checked back to the rear made some ground around runners finishing in the midfield at the line. HOMEBUSH MAXI (7) - jumped well then pushed inwards and was jostled between runners for some strides then tightened and checked back from between runners in to the bend losing momentum and ground back to the rear was unable to get back in to contention. BIGTIME BAXTER (8) - ran inwards from the jump crowding HOMEBUSH MAXI and kept pushing inwards jostling and bumping for some strides in the run to the bend
Race 8	Aon Insurance Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME CHLOE (3) - hampered for a stride or so racing in to the first turn settled back was unable to make ground thereafter. ROSE AND CROWN (8) - raced widest attempted to improve across the top bend around runners effort told in the run to the line.
Race 9	Accell Leading The Way In Canine Therapy C1 - C1 - 305	DOUBLE CHANGE (1) - held up for a few strides when looking to clear heels in the run on to the top bend. JOHNY MOWHAWK (3) - jumped well was then jostled and pushed inwards handy in to the bend when forced to check off heels and contacted from behind going outwards and lost all chance thereafter . WIFI INGA (5) - angled across in to the bend and was checked as JOHNNY MOWHAWK came back causing him to catch heels lose momentum and was unable to get back in to contention SMALLTIME JOHNNY (6) - settled in the rear in to the bend hampered when tightened and jostled racing towards the home turn losing momentum finishing in the rear at the line a veterinary examination found no abnormalities. IDOL LEO (8) - angled across in to the bend and was severely hampered as JOHNNY MOWHAWK ran on to his hindquarters almost dragging him down where he lost momentum and ground did make some ground in the latter stages to the line.
Race 10	Wanganui Toyota C1 - C1 - 305	GOLDSTAR AUBURN (3) - dwelt and was slow in to stride was then pressured and jostled for some strides by BIG TIME IVY on her outer once clear of this runner she made good ground in to the body of the field in the run to the home turn was unable to make ground in the latter stages. BIG TIME IVY (4) - went up with the lids and was slow away angling in on to and jostling with GOLDSTAR AUBURN for some strides in the run to the bend was unable to get in to contention thereafter. WATCH MARJEN (7) - racing to the bend was pressured and forced across the line of HOMEBUSH YURI and came back off heels losing momentum and ground SIDELINE SALLY (8) - soon after the start angled across towards the lead causing several runners to be tightened and checked
Race 11	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1 - C1 - 520	BIG TIME ROONIE (1) - fav- began awkwardly settled midfield contact in the run around the first turn improved to race handy to the home turn could not finish off in the run to the line. SEDGEBROOK COMET (2) - angled outwards abruptly soon after the start ran widest in to and around the first turn in to and along the back straight making good ground forward effort told in the run to the line. BIGTIME AVA (5) - in the rear racing in to the first turn held up for some strides when racing along the inner in to the back straight finishing in the midfield at the line. OPAWA TAI (6) - had trouble clearing heels in the run in to and around the first turn ran widest in to the back straight battled past a couple of runners to the line.
Race 12	First Security C2 - C2 - 305	IDOL MEGHAN (3) - fav- away well early stages was then contacted in the hindquarters and jostled for some strides then came back off heels racing in to the bend settling in the rear and was unable to get in to contention thereafter. LUCKY SCAR (4) - began awkwardly stumbling as he came off the mats settled last ran widest in to the bend and raced wide thereafter. UNO ELEVEN (5) - tightened and checked between runners soon after the start recovered to race handy thereafter. LUCY LINGERS (6) - angled across from the start contacting the hindquarters of IDOL MEGHAN jostling with this runner for some strides in the run to the bend WIFI BOLT (7) - hampered for some strides in the run to the bend and was held up for some strides in the run across the top bend finishing in the midfield at the line.
