Judicial report: SPECIAL REPORT:

• This meeting was closed to public due to Government restrictions surrounding Covid - 19 and was run under Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid - 19 protocols.

JUDICIAL REPORT:

1). HOMEBUSH GAMBLER (J McInerney) - application was received to have this greyhound re-examined after being stood down at the Christchurch GRC's meeting for Failing to Pursue the Lure on the 12 May 2020. This examination found the greyhound to have a serious injury and as a consequence the endorsement under Rule 55 was cancelled.

2). MEMOIR (D Voyce) - was presented 2.1kg's from its last start on the 7 May 2020 with Mr Voyce being fined the sum of $100 as a consequence.

Race 2	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C4/5 - 295	DISOBEDIENCE (1) - had to change stride when placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. LITTLE KRAKATOA (3) - jostled briefly with MEMOIR in the run to the bend. MEMOIR (4) - jostled briefly with LITTLE KRAKATOA in the run to the bend. BECK ELEVEN (5) - shifted up the track early stages being turned inwards after colliding with HOMEBUSH BOOTS. HOMEBUSH BOOTS (6) - squeezed for racing room early stages. CALM INFERNO (7) - came inwards early stages bumping with HOMEBUSH BOOTS. MUSTANG TULLY (8) - hampered rounding the bend.
Race 3	Kaisa Earthworks Ph.0272073323 Dash - C4 - 295	SPECIAL AS (2) - jostled briefly with GOLDSTAR MAJOR in the run to the bend. TRICKY (3) - place din restricted room in the run to the bend checking inwards off heels. GOLDSTAR MAJOR (4) - jostled briefly with SPECIAL AS in the run to the bend. Placed in tight quarters entering the bend losing ground. OPAWA MAY (5) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend having to check outwards before being checked and forced wide shortly afterwards. SOUFFLE SUE (6) - hampered and lost balance shortly after jumping. LISA'S BOY (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Bumped with SOUFFLE SUE rounding the bend.
Race 4	A2C Asphalt 2 Concrete Ph.0800222583 Dash - C4/5 - 295	SUPER OVER DRAMA (5) - lost balance on jumping after having its hind quarters contacted by HOMEBUSH CAESAR. HOMEBUSH CAESAR (6) - boxed first. Bumped the hind quarters of SUPER OVER DRAMA on jumping.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4/5 - 295	FLORA DORA (1) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. PEARLS ARE US (2) - slow early. Checked off heels rounding the bend inconveniencing PLATINUM PAISLEY. JUST IZZY (4) - jostled with PLATINUM PAISLEY early stages. Hampered rounding the bend when awkwardly placed to the outside of PEARLS ARE US. PLATINUM PAISLEY (5) - jostled with JUST IZZY early stages. HANKENSTEIN (7) - slow early. OPAWA OSCAR (8) - slow early.
Race 6	Flair Sprint - C4 - 295	BLACK TORI (1) - checked from behind entering the bend losing momentum. SOZIN'S EMPIRE (3) - hampered rounding the bend. JINJA LIV (5) - began awkwardly. KNOW CHARISMA (6) - hampered early stages. Raced wide rounding the bend making contact with VEGAN EXPRESS. VEGAN EXPRESS (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages losing ground. Contacted from the inside by KNOW CHARISMA rounding the bend. CITIZEN AGUERO (8) - came down the track early stages. placed in tight quarters entering the bend.
Race 7	Garrard's Horse & Hound Stakes - C3 - 520	OPHELIA ALLEN (1) - contacted from the outside early stages by OPAWA HILARY. KNOW THREAT (2) - slow to jump. OPAWA HILARY (3) - collided with OPHELIA ALLEN early stages. Squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. Again squeezed for racing room rounding the final bend being held up as a consequnce. FAMOUS LEE (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the first bend. Checked off heels rounding the first bend. RIVALRIES (5) - slow to jump. PUNCH ON BUZZ (6) - awkwardly placed between runners entering the first bend.
Race 8	greyhoundauctions.co.nz Stakes - C5 - 520	DYNA DAVE (1) - jostled with SPRING FALCON prior to the first bend. Held up for racing room final bend. KNOW EQUAL (3) - slow to jump settling last. SPRING FALCON (4) - jostled with DYNA DAVE prior to the first bend. GOLDSTAR MAUNEY (5) - awkwardly placed between runners early stages. RINGSIDE (6) - checked off heels exiting the final bend. OPAWA DEAL (7) - hampered exiting the final bend. BARREL RUNNER (9/2) - checked off heels first turn. Bumped with OPAWA DEAL exiting the final bend.
Race 9	Hart Family Greyhound Racing Stakes - C5 - 520	OSTER BALE (1) - jumped awkwardly settling last. BERTIE ALLEN (2) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the first bend losing ground. DOUBLE SPEED (4) - hind quarters brushed entering the first bend being turned inwards as a consequence and ran up the track. OPAWA NAT (6) - bumped with XABIL BALE early stages. Brushed the hind quarters of DOUBLE SPEED entering the first bend losing ground. Checked and lost momentum first bend. XABIL BALE (7) - bumped with OPAWA NAT early stages. Obligated to race wide first bend.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C4 - 520	THRILLING WATCH (3) - held up momentarily rounding the final bend. ELECTRIC SILK (4) - obligated to check off heels in the run to the first bend.
Race 11	Power Farming Canterbury Sprint - C4/5 - 295	GOLDSTAR TROOPER (4) - bumped from the outside early stages being forced on heels and losing ground. JINJA DYLAN (5) - bumped with GOLDSTAR TROOPER early stages. SHAW LEE (6) - hampered early stages losing ground. SEVE (7) - hampered early stages losing ground. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH VELMA (8) - shifted down the track abruptly early stages hampering inside greyhounds. Checked from behind rounding the bend.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C4 - 295	AMURI LIV (1) - bumped with FRIZZLED early stages. FRIZZLED (3) - bumped with AMURI LIV early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the bend climbing onto OPAWA DI and losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. OAKMONT (4) - lost all momentum when awkwardly positioned and checked when racing to the outside of FRIZZLED entering the bend. ULYSSA BALE (5) - jostled with KNOW SHAME through the early stages.
