Christchurch GRC 23 January 2020

1). GOLDSTAR SMITHIE (S & B Evans) - presented down 2.1kgs from its last race start on the 3rd January 2020. Referred to the JCA sine die due to this being a fourth breach of GRNZ Rule 45.11 from this kennel in the preceding 120 days. At a JCA hearing held at Addington Raceway on 14 February the JCA, after hearing evidence and submissions on penalty, imposed a fine of $300.00.

JUDICIAL

1) FIDGETY FEET (J McCook) completed a Satisfactory Trial as required.

2) GOLDEN KIWI (J McMillan) completed a Qualifying Trial in blinkers.

HEIDI HATES RAP (5) - contacted by TWIZEL STORM early stages and lost ground. TWIZEL STORM (6) - ran inwards contacting HEIDI HATES RAP early stages losing ground. Raced wide home turn. GOLDSTAR JAY JAY (8) - raced wide home turn.

Ran inwards into bend tightening inside runners. KNOW DOLLARS (6) - raced wide around bend. GOLDSTAR GALAXIE (7) - lost ground into bend when checked by HOMEBUSH MANDY.
