Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1) JINJA TED (M Gowan) completed a satisfactory trial with one blinker (outside) and can nominate once its stand down is completed on 23 January.

2) JACKS POINT (W Woods) and ZIPPING ROMEO (J & D Bell) both completed satisfactory trials. Following the satisfactory trial ZIPPING ROMEO, after being checked on the point of the bend was subjected to a veterinary examination which revealed no injuries.

3) Co-trainer T Agent advised Stewards that SMALL DUKIE (race 4) has been retired.

4) HOMEBUSH MINNIE (race 5 # 7) was a late scratching when found to be in season when retrieved from the kennels.

Appeared to cramp during the latter stages of the event with a post race veterinary examination being carried out which revealed post race cramping. BIG TIME ANGEL (2) - began awkwardly. Bumped entering the first bend. BIG TIME HARPER (4) - slow away. Tightened on the point of the first bend, needing to check off heels as a result. BIG TIME EDEN (5) - brushed BIG TIME HARLEY at the start. GOLDSTAR HADLEE (6) - slow away. Tightened BIG TIME HARPER on the point of the first bend. MUSTANG MOO (1) - bumped GO STOPPER shortly after the start. Squeezed GO STOPPER nearing the bend. Tightened entering the bend. GO STOPPER (2) - began awkwardly. Bumped shortly after the start. Squeezed between runners nearing the bend, losing considerable ground and unable to get back into contention. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. BIG TIME RICKY (6) - squeezed GO STOPPER nearing the bend. Tightened MUSTANG MOO entering the bend. OPEHU EXPRESS (8) - raced wide throughout.

Race 8	Palmountains Scientific Nutrition C1 - C1 - 520	DYNA BRYLEIGH (1) - tightened entering the first bend. TRUE TESTAMENT (2) - squeezed BIG TIME BABY at the winning post on the first occasion. Tightened entering the first bend, in turn tightened DYNA BRYLEIGH, becoming very unbalanced and checking ALLEGRO CURTIS. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. BIG TIME BABY (3) - squeezed between runners at the winning post on the first occasion, subsequently becoming unbalanced and bumping BIGTIME BAILEY. Raced wide through the back straight. TAP OUT REG (4) - awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend, missing interference and gaining a clear racing line. ALLEGRO CURTIS (5) - tightened at the winning post on the first occasion, in turn tightened TRUE TESTAMENT entering the bend, then checked and almost falling. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. BIG TIME CHAD (6) - slow away. Awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend, being severely interfered with and almost falling. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries.
