Judicial report: 1) - MASSIMO OSTI (P Ferguson) completed a satisfactory trial as required and will be eligible to race after December 3rd when the 3 month stand down is completed. 2) - BIRDS FLY HIGH (P Henley) completed a satisfactory trials as required. 3) - SOVEREIGN PRIDE (S Ross) completed a box trail as required. 4) - BLACK BRIDGE boxed first and will continue to do so for immediate future racing. RICCITELLI (2) - bumped after the start. Tightened and checked first turn losing ground. Inconvenienced by fallen runner first turn. AMARO (3) - slow away. Angled in first turn making contact for a distance. BAILEY AND CREAM (4) - tightened first turn losing ground and shifting out off heels. PADDY FAST (7) - slow away. Tightened making contact first turn shifting out across heels losing ground. THRILLING SUMMER (8) - slow away. Angled in first turn into the line of another runner becoming badly unbalanced and falling. Veterinary examination revealed a compound fracture of left radius and ulna. THRILLING SUMMER received treatment and was splinted to be taken to an off course surgeon. A 70 day stand down was imposed.
Race 2	Cookies Kitchen Sprint - C1 - 375	GO FALCON (1) - bumped start. Contacted from behind final bend. BIGTIME ZACK (2) - tightened making contact after the start becoming unbalanced losing ground. Checked first turn getting on heels then shifted wide. Jostled entering the final straight. JINJA LAD (3) - tightened and hampered after the start becoming unbalanced and falling. Regained footing to finish the event with a veterinary examination revealing pain in both shoulders with a 10 day stand down imposed. MASTER BRADY (4) - tightened making contact after the start losing ground. Contacted from behind first turn then jostled for a distance. SNOOPY'S HERO (5) - angled in after the start making contact for several strides. AGBEZE (6) - collided start and again rounding the bend. Jostled entering the final straight. STELLAR BABE (7) - collided start losing ground. Jostled for a distance first turn. BLACK BRIDGE (8) - boxed first and will continue to do so for immediate future racing. Collided start losing ground. Collided rounding the bend. Contacted heels final bend.
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C0 - 457	RICH LISTER (1) - tightened first turn shifting out abruptly off heels. XENA POPPY (2) - tightened rounding the bend contacting hindquarters then awkwardly placed on heels. THRILLING HUDSON (4) - bumped after the start then dictated inwards. Raced in restricted room entering the first turn shifting out off heels. Contact for a distance early in the final straight. FEAR THE FUR (5) - slow away. Bumped several occasions back straight shifting in. SHAYNEE (6) - contact for a distance early in the final straight. THRILLING MURPHY (7) - angled in after the start making contact. INDI SHAE (8) - slow away. Bumped several occasions back straight. Contacted rounding the bend. Veterinary examination revealed strained left fore triceps with a 10 day stand down required.

MISS DUPRE (3) - contact for a distance after the start and entering the first turn losing ground. TILLY'S SILLY (4) - contact for a distance after the start and entering the first turn losing ground. TALKABOUT SOPHIE (6) - contact for a distance first turn. SHAMBI'S GIRL (7) - collided entering the first turn. Jostled for a distance rounding the bend shifting out off heels entering the final straight. SLY CATH (8) - contact for a distance first turn losing ground. RAINY RIVER (9/5) - collided entering the first turn. Jostled for a distance rounding the bend.
Race 5	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 457	WAIROA ANGEL (2) - contacted from behind after the start. Faltered first turn losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed pain on flexion of both shoulders with a 10 day stand down imposed. THRILLING ARNOLD (3) - contacted from behind after the start. Shifted off heels first turn. BOLD DIESEL (4) - slow away shifting wide settling some distance from the field. Veterinary examination revealed strained left fore on flexion and sore over back muscles with a 14 day stand down imposed. KAPAI TAHI (6) - checked start shifting off heels losing ground. Raced wide. LITTLE TEEGS (7) - angled in start making contact then shifted across the heels of THRILLING ARNOLD and WAIROA ANGEL.
Race 6	Vetora Cambridge Sprint - C3 - 375	NATIVE SCOUT (1) - contact several occasions after the start and entering the first turn. KURIDRANI (2) - tightened and checked start. Cramped concluding stages and collapsed after the event. Recovered soon after with a veterinary examination revealing no abnormality with no stand down required. Connections advised KURIDRANI will return to racing over shorter distances in the future. SHEYNA (3) - tightened and checked start. IDOL AJAY (4) - contact several occasions after the start and entering the first turn. OVER INDULGENCE (5) - tightened making contact after the start. Contact for a distance first turn.
