Judicial report: 1) - FULL SPEED (race 4) was a late scratching at 11.02am. 2) - H Mullane was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $300.00 under Rule 40.1 for failing to scratch FULL SPEED before 7.30am denying a reserve runner a start. Veterinary examination was not carried out due to a communication error. Stewards will follow up with this runners progress in coming days. BAILEY AND CREAM (3) - slow away. Inconvenienced first turn. THRILLING HAZE (4) - contact for a distance after the start and entering the first turn becoming tightened and hampered losing ground. Tightened and hampered first turn losing ground. Contact several occasions rounding the bend getting forced very wide entering the final straight losing ground. HANDS OF STEEL (4) - tightened first turn losing ground then went back through the field. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the left triceps with a 21 day stand down imposed.
